No returns, exchanges, or refunds!!! đĄ Ocourse I didnât know this when I Tried to return a wig I bought literally 10 minutes earlier. I Never left the parking lot. I was waiting for Chinese food next door. Opened wig box and lady gave me the wrong color. Not what I asked for. I kindly explained I asked for a different color And She is yelling at me and barely willing to look at me trying to convince me I asked for the wrong thing. I politely said âmaâam I donât want to argue, I asked for the wig in a way I thought you understood. But clearly there a misunderstanding and I just need the correct wig a refund or store credit.â It was a $129.99. And they just said no refunds. Didnât look me in the eye, didnât offer store credit... NOTHING. They didnât mention that when I was spending the money, only when I wanted the correct product. I donât even understand the level of disrespect and disregard you have for peoples hard earned money DURING A PANDEMIC that you just donât care to rob them of $130 without even TRYING to allow them to walk away satisfied or with the product they asked for! I did not ask for the color I got, and they had it well within their power to just switch it out and give me what I paid for and asked for. Why even argue about that why not just give me the wig in the color I needed?! Itâs not like I could have worn it or damaged it in 10 minutes. These people are so money hungry, hateful and cheap they were willing to lose a repeat customer for chump change in comparison to what they could have made from a happy customer. Bad business people doing bad business. Furthermore, the product is a joke. Iâm so disappointed overall that they would even sell this wig for so much. I knew I should have tried it on but that wasnât an option in a Covid world. Decent humans who value customers and have compassion for hard earned money during a pandemic would have just shown some humanity in trying to correct...

I called my friend and told her " I would never pay $65 for this wig, because the same wig was on-line for less" The sales person apparently heard me and said, " O these wigs are not for black people, they are for white people. They are the more expensive ones. Yours are here on the two bottom shelves, for your complexion and cost less" I said " excuse me, I think I have seen black women in lots of "white people's" wig. Can't I just get what I want" Her response, "No these would look better on you because the hair on the white people's wigs are softer than the black wigs for women" I just walked out of the store.
