Visited yesterday September 19th. Went to OC for a day of walking the boards, and enjoying the beautiful sunshine and nice temps, before Winter arrives. Had been to this location before, earlier Summer, and had a nice time. Their service was good, the food fair, that time. This time,. TOTAL CHANGE. My server was Brynn Y, and she was adorable and once of the nicest and best servers I've had at a Hooters in years. I dine single, as per usual, and as I have mentioned in past reviews, "sometimes" singles do not get the best services. Brynn surpassed every expectation. Came to my table right away to intro and ask me what I wanted to drink, within a few seconds, beverage arrived. Waited a few minutes to order, and then she returned. Placed my order, and yet before running off to the kitchen, she and I chatted for between 5-10, minutes, about just general things. (Yes, it wasn't crazy busy). I had a few special requests with my order, everything was fine, no attitude or confusion. Just smiles. Then she placed my order. In the meantime, I relaxed, and she took care of her other tables with the same kindness and friendliness as she showed me. Awesome. The meal arrived, I was half finished my soda, and she immediately asked if I wanted a refill. Within seconds, a whole fresh glass. While still leaving. the 1/2 filled one. I enjoyed the wings and fries, cooked well, hot , tender and juicy, and their fries hot, and nicely salted. It was delicious and a vast improvement from before. She came back for a chat during my meal, as I ate, she and I chatted. Amazingly friendly, talking about loads of things, even showing my photos of her adorable 2 yr old puppy. Incredibly polite, and fun, always smiling, talkative and attentive. She noticed, I had a 1/2 left of my 2nd soda, and then went and got me another. I never had to ask!! INCREDIBLE attention. When the meal was done, I needed a takeaway box, it came quickly as did a carry bag, without having to ask. The entire experience was superb. And Brynn deserves all the credit, plus the cooks who did a great job in preparing the food. As I mentioned, I had been here before, and was happy enough, this time amazed. They'll be closing soon for the Season, but I hope to get back in 2026, and if so, hope Brynn will be my server again. So many of the ladies there are gorgeous and work hard, it's a nice place to visit. I think they should all get together and do a calendar form the regulars..I bet it'd be a BIG seller. But I want to give the majority of the credit to Brynn for being so nice, so fun, so polite, and attentive. She made me feel very welcomed. I enjoyed every minute of my stay!! My highest recommendation, if you visit, ask for Brynn Y. Yes, there are other good servers, but she is the BEST there, in my mind. It's obvious others felt the same way. I hope she gets some recognition for the way she performs her job, and the way she makes guests feel. It's about the food, sure, but if you get terrific food a then you get a stellar server, it makes the visit memorable. This was one. What a great way to finish off Summer 2025 at Hooters. Wishing everyone there, and safe and warm Winter. See...

Read moreHI, unfortunately today was the worst experience ever in my visit to this "famous icon restaurant" in USA. I would like to offer something soft about it, but not, this going to be really harmful for the future guest to attempt visit this disgusting experience. First because a soon arrive my wife take out her Turkey Leg ge it in other restaurant, and the manager approach to us advising about the rules that its improper behavior eating different products out of Hooters. We understand the situation and pack and wrap it. But the make feel Harassment when she went to the front and star some kind of observatory club of the wrong thing that we could be doing something wrong when we already change the course of the dinner. All the servers , one by one, start some kind of harassment waiting the moment for us to make the mistake. Was so disturbing seeing every buddy looking us. So incommode, uncomfortable, so intimidated. at the end, i feel really discriminated for something really simple. I never never recommend this place as a Icon restaurant , and never never going to tell something good about this place. Sorry.Maybe maybe was the manager, she was , unfortunately she create this bad moment, maybe the restaurant still famous, but this person was so so improper.
