Piezanos Pizza — Restaurant in Ocean City

Pizanos Pizza is hands down the best pizza in O.C. and possibly the best in the world. It is much better than any pizza in Cincinnati, where I live, and it may be enough to decide where my next vacation will be. Seriously I might go to ocean city again for the pizza!?

Food- The pizza has a very then crust (New York Style) and is ordered by the half or whole pizza. If your on thew boardwalk you can also bye it buy the slice. I normally prefer thicker pizza especially for the price. I had to fold the pizza and thought that I wouldn't be able to taste the toppings but as I bit into it, the juice from the cheese and peperoni ran into my mouth and lit my taste buds up. The fresh mozzarella is making my mouth water while I write this.

Decor - At first glance it the decor looks like a throwback to 50's parlor style. White tile cheap white tables, but if you look closer you will notice the paintings on the wall of Italy very detailed and with Pizanos in background. Still not a lot going on but wait...

Service - The servers where all in white tops and their aprons were the Italian flag. Bring all that together with the decor and you have a happening place. Its not fine dining decor, but its pizza, c'mon! The servers where all very nice and took good care of us. I never ran out of drink and she was very sweet.

If your going to Ocean City, try the sea food. If you don't like seafood, then...

Came in here for dinner with my fiance. Not entirely pleased at the fact a cheese steak with only cheese, mayo, tomato, and lettuce is 12.99, but didn't even come with fries. But we were hungry. Our server was very short with us, coming across pretty rude. In between visiting our table, she continuously sat with a group of other servers staring at me. Little did they know, I can read lips. Not appreciative of the comments they were making. But whatever, we continued to eat our meal(which my fiance's was supposed to be a chicken cheesesteak, and he got beef) She then comes up and asks "are you going to order anything else?" We respond "No," and she walks away, back to the huddle of servers. The kicker. She brings the bill, and we place the money in the server book, and slide it to the edge of the table. We sat 5 more minutes while she stared at us. And when she comes back my fiance tells her to keep the change. She replied with "yup got it." We always tip our server regardless of service, but I hope someone explains to her it's very rude to assume. Food was good though, but 2 stars for...

Don't visit unless you wan pizza ... worst place every been working at .... The cooks have bad hygiene, they don't wash their hands after arriving at working place and before touching your food, bad personal hygiene . Bad food quality everything is precooked and its getting warmed up if needed at anytime of the day , the food served is probably the cheapest they could find , the subs are made out of somethinh that doesn't looks like a steak or a chicken steak at all... the bread buns are low quality , taste bad , have in mind that they might have been on the ground before they are in your plate, because i seen the cooks doing that... the oil in the fryers is getting changed twice per week .... the fries are staying fried for long time and fried once again for many times or warmed up ... The environment in the kitchen area isn't friendly cuz one of the owners is constantly staying there and yelling at workers... And i have nothing bad to say about the pizza... the dough looks great the products putted in looks good, everything looks good except the person doing it but that's just...
