Fun City Arcade — Attraction in Ocean City

We love the Fun City arcade and everyone that works there. We live here in OC, and it is great that usually even during the winter hours they try to open at least on the weekends of course weather permitting. We have been going there faithfully for at least 2 years. When we were here every month looking for our house, we could always depend on the arcade for us to play every day, my son is mentally challenged, and they are awesome with him and help him and actually 2 of the girls Shantelle (sorry for spelling) and Kaycee are amazing with him and keep an eye on him. He loves seeing them. We did go to 2 other arcades on the boardwalk and sorry we wasted our money. They are more expensive and give less tickets. Kinda a rip off. Please do not go here. I tried to purchase two $20 cards so my children could play. I paid with a $100 bill and the machine gave me two $50 cards instead and no change. When I spoke to the staff they said they could not do anything about it and that it was my fault because the machine does not give change. They clearly had keys to the machine and confirmed to me that they did but said “ it would mess up their transactions for the day if they gave me my change” I made it clear that I could not afford the $50 cards. I told them I just wanted two $20 cards and my change but was denied both. I asked for a manager or contact to manager/ owner and I was told that I could find that on google. Never going again. My 7 year old son was robbed and some guys tried grabbing my wifes wallet from her bag and the staff dosent care. We told the staff and they gave us a shrug and didnt even say a word. Even though theres cameras everywhere they could have done something. We knew who it was and they were still there doing it to other people. So they just let theifs run wild with no care. Half the games take your money and you cant get it back and staff wont help you even if you ask. Games run out of tickets the place is just bad.
