Ordered a pizza online and went to the restaurant to pick up the pizza. Pizza was ready but here's where it got weird. We realized we were very early for the movies and decided to eat at the restaurant. I informed the sales person that we would be dining in to which she replied I had to pay for the pizza first (understandable) but before I could pay, she said I couldn't take it to the dining room with us. She advised it was store policy (the place was empty, maybe one table was taken). I told her that I was being met by other people and we were going to need to place an order for more food and she told me that was okay but if we wanted pizza, we'd have to order it when we sat down because carry out orders weren't allowed in the dining room area. It's the same store, counter, etc. and we were going to order more food. Then she said she couldn't seat me until I paid for the online pizza order. I asked her where am I supposed to eat the pizza if I was eating there and wasn't allowed to take it to the table with me. I asked for the manager, who, we learned was seated at a booth doing something with napkins. They wouldn't even get up to address the issue but apparently told the salesperson they were right. We left and they never got the sale of the pizza or the additional patrons with our party (party of 8). We went to Grottos and had a great meal. Grottos found the whole...
Read moreThe place was nice. I’m not one to ever write A bad review. We walked in, the man greeted us..he was quite nice. Our waitress was great, refilled drinks & asked us how it all tasted and if it was okay. I ate half of my food, which mind you, was great! It tasted great and came back out in a timely manner. Anyways, as I go to take another bite I find a short grayish, dark brown hair. The waitress felt terrible, that poor sweetheart, it wasn’t her fault. She apologized and let the manager know. He came over and asked if everything was okay, I let him know I found a hair in my food. He looked out of the window, started walking away and apologized. I looked to see if someone was maybe coming but there wasn’t..he brought the check hack & the Alfredo was taken off. But, as the manager of a store I would have been a bit more sincere in my apology. I wasn’t super angry I just felt sick to my stomach but I work with customers all day and I’m not in to be angry with someone over an honest accident. I know he took it off, but I felt as though he thought I was lying because I had already ate half of it. But, I wasn’t. Overall though, the food tasted great & the people were nice. I would just go to a different...
Read moreOn Wednesday, July 31st, while on vacation, my family and I decided to have dinner here at Ledos. We were a party of 8. We were seated in the back of the restaurant by the bathrooms. Our server had come to take our drink order, then our food order. I had ordered some lemonade drink.. after a few sips decided it tasted funny so since our waitress was busy, I decided to walk up to the counter and ask for a different kind of beverage. As I waited there for someone to help me, I see a male employee in the back through the small slot opening, working by the grill.. picking off a cheesesteak and eating it.. then starts putting finished plates on the counter to be brought out to the customers.. I then realized it was our food, so I asked the lady was that the Philly cheesesteak(the one the employee ate off of) she said yes!!! That was my sandwich!!!!!!! This man ate off of someone’s plate before it was to be brought out. I was livid. The waitress and manager on duty were speechless!!!! All the manager offered was to make me a new one!!! NO THANK YOU!!!! I gathered my family and we left! I will never step foot in this place ever again!! ( only gave one star bc it wouldn’t let me post...
