Sweet Spot OC on 14th street — Restaurant in Ocean City

This used to be the best ice cream on the boardwalk. For the past 2 summers, my Husband and I looked forward to this when we visited Ocean City. But this year, WHAT CHANGED?? Instead of an ice cream cone, with the consistency of creamy custard, you get MUSH, basically a milkshake. I asked the girl in the window and a younger man (who looked to be the owner) about it, and they both stared at me blankly, offering no explanation. This is the kid’s favorite ice cream spot on the boardwalk. The ice cream is good and I love getting it in a cone. You definitely need to be ready to eat your ice cream quick since it melts faster than you’d expect. Their milkshakes are really good too. It's probably our favorite ice cream place in Ocean City. The wait wasn't long at all, even with a long line, plus the service was grea. The ice cream was thick, had a great taste, and had plenty of toppings. I ended up getting a twist cone with chocolate sprinkles in a dish, and my wife got a hot Fudge Sunday with oreo and Whip Cream. We would gladly eat there again.
