The Original Fractured Prune — Restaurant in Ocean City

We ended up waiting for almost 30 minutes for our order, which was okay, I thought at first, since we ordered 3 donuts, 2 drinks, and a breakfast sandwich, which the sandwich was probably the reason it took long. However, more and more people came after and got their orders before us. I didn’t mind since some were just orders of 1 or 2 donuts, but then one person who ordered a dozen and 6 bagels and another that ordered 2 dozens got theirs before us and they ordered 10 minutes after we did. Once we finally got our order, the drinks were melted to the point where the smoothie was starting to separate and we ended up getting 4 donuts instead. I don’t know what the prices were for each item, I didn’t see any on the menu, unless I missed it, but I was charged $35 total so I don’t know at all if I got charged for an extra that I didn’t want.

Also, I ordered an egg, cheese, and sausage sandwich, but I found a bacon bit while I was almost done eating it… Would take back the 15%, which ended up being $5...

If you want more than one bagel and actual cream cheese on your bagel, you might not want to come here. They were very rude about accommodating 7 bagels with cream cheese. After being told they couldn’t just give us plain bagels with cream cheese on the side, we had to get them prepared. The front counter person very loudly announced to the chef “you’re not going to believe this, 7 bagels with cream cheese.” It was a very clear inconvenience. When we got back and opened them, the amount of cream cheese was laughable. A complete waste of $32. If you don’t want to sell bagels with cream cheese, maybe take them off your menu. I tried to call to speak to someone but you can’t get...

I always get the OC sand hot hand made donuts. They're amazing, tastes like your eating a funnel cake 😋 I always let them cool a bit and they still almost melt in your mouth, they very fluffy but light & always leaves you wanting more. Service was great, you do have to wait a few minutes once you order because they are hand made and hot off the donut machine & its totally worth the little bit of time, id wait 20 or 30 mins if I had to but for today I only waited maybe 10 minutes and that was with a lot of people placing orders.
