This day strted out as a DoorDash order for breakfast How hard is it to take the precooked items like mcgriddles and hash browns and throw them in a bag and set them at the to go counter??? Order placed at 10:20am and your excuse when the dasher shows up is that breakfast is no longer served??? Seems like all McDonald's need to get it together! DoorDash don't let me choose which one my food comes from or I would have picked the sunset location because they're the only one that's never messed my food up. The food was ordered ahead of time, prepaid, and 10 minutes to bag it, tag it, and let it sit till the driver shows up (late). I live 5 minutes from this location so everything about this experience is unexcusable. DoorDash you've got it coming too. Refunding me $5 out of $28 and hanging up on my customer service phone call???!!! Done.
Update: same day, got off the phone with DoorDash customer support. The problem here exists SOLELY with MCDONALD'S. Dashers are given confirmation the order is READY before they head to the pickup location!!! My food was hot and ready, bagged up sitting on the counter!!! WHERE THE HECK DID MY FOOD GO!!!??? What did you do? Throw it away? Eat it? My daughter was counting on breakfast!
UPDATE: SAME DAY Went in person to this location to grab lunch since we missed breakfast. Minor inconvenience turned into major ordeal over stingy "Karen" store manager. While the associate who informed me the slushie I bought was no longer available was polite and helpful and in no way at fault here, her supervisor tried to downgrade me to a large drink which is a price difference of 40¢. After requesting my due refunded difference 3 times I finally received it but only after the deceitful manager handed the associate a MEDIUM drink to go with my LARGE meal. I'm certain that called for some small refund as well.
As for the restaurant, this location has also gone the route of less customer interaction, very limited seating, dull and drab atmosphere and long waits for fast food.
I'd love to know when McDonald's stopped caring about the customer, but I suspect it was when the restaurant had vibrant colors outside!
I'll be boycotting this location from now on, only going to the one in Sunset. No refund or customer satisfaction survey will make this right. I suggest firing or demoting...
Read moreI ordered from the monopoly..i 'bagged' up..meaning I got the items that all are monopoly menu items..a sausage egg and cheese biscuit meal with an upgraded tea. Got my biscuit and no gane piece. I go in with the biscuit and the manager says 'we don't do that on that biscuit here'..and I tell her it is in the monopoly menu and she says ..no it isn't..so I proceed to show her on the app and she sees the monopoly icon and still says,...we don't do that here.

Read more1 St trip. Very few spots in parking spots. Geared heavily towards mobile and drive thru.
No menu board behind 1 register. They are obviously pushing everyone toward ringing up their own order.
No self service anything. No napkins, straws, ketchup, nothing..
$5.00 value meal is $6.00. 20% increase in price. 50% decrease in service.. All they need now is robots to drop food of on the pickup shelf.
Pretty disappointed. A 3 star...
