First, our server Lindsey was amazing. She was the only good of the whole experience at this establishment. The eggs were severely undercooked, we didnāt get all of our food ordered and the table next to us experienced the same issue. An older lady approached us who said she was a manager to discuss the issues and Iāll just say, as a business owner myself, she needs training in āmanagement". The way she handled the interaction between my table and the table next to us, was terrible. Trying to place blame on a server for undercooked food and other items that didnāt relate to her position was out of line as a manager. When this so called "manager" was talking to the table next to us and asked how she ordered her eggs, her reply was "scrambled", this manager then asked, "so you wanted them well done?". The look on the customers face.... It get's better.. This manager then turned, looked at the server and says, "next time you need to make sure you write "scrambled well" on the ticket!!! I was honestly baffled. This continued, however, you get the point. This server controlled what she could have controlled and to listen to this interaction made my blood boil. Next time, take ownership of the issue at hand, resolve it and DO NOT belittle your server in front of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNice little small building. Walked in and was greeted by the owner who sat me at a small table in the front and told me one of his girls would be with me shortly. About 4 mins pass and the blonde and black haired girl( who has looked at me about 4 times now) seats a woman and immediately gets her drink. I was a little upset but right after that another girl sees me and asks if I have been helped. I said not at all and she jumped to it. Now let me say that regardless of my opinion of this place this girl was doing her best to make me happy. She brought me my coffee and some fresh milk. About 2 sips into my coffee I noticed lipstick stain on my milk glass. Not a little bit either. So I pushed it away and waited for my 3 egg omelette. Presentation on the plate was great. Bacon cooked perfectly. Hashbrowns light and fluffy. Then I get to my omelette and the inside has runny whites. I pushed it away and told the girl I couldn't eat it. She tried to give me the whole thing for free but I ate all but a little over half the omelette. She discounted my food and I exited quietly. I still tipped my server cause it really felt like she was the only one trying to make me happy. Dont think I...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWe use to frequent this spot for breakfast when we lived here. Always friendly and fast service for being a made to order restaurant. The portions use to be a decent size and was well worth the money. This time however, was a huge disappointment to us. The prices increased and the portions got smaller. I get it everyone everywhere has to adjust prices⦠I had a side order of ham with a waffle.. waffle was great, but the side piece of ham was just a sad little looking.. thin as paper piece of meat about 2ā in size. It definitely wasnāt worth the $24 and some change that we paid. We both had the waffle and my husband had 2 scrawny pieces of bacon that cost $3 and a piece of small round sausage that was nearly $2 and my sad piece of ham was $3.50. Then, we each had a soda, which came out in a WARM can with a small glass of ice and each can of soda cost us $3 a piece. Thatās ridiculous. We wonāt be back⦠itās just NOT the same or even close to what it use to be! The service is still friendly and it is a quaint little spot. Other than that itās just not...
