House of The Jackson Pearl — Attraction in Ocean Springs

My wife and I are not ones to avidly review businesses, though our exceptional and profoundly excellent experience with The Jackson Pearl, its owners, staff members and recommended vendors we hired for our daughter's wedding deserves a round of great applause and recognition.

The Owner Chari, who personally responded to our interest in viewing the venue as a possible option all the way back in December of 2023, whom my wife affectionately refers to as “My Cherie Amour”, continually surpassed all expectations with her extraordinarily attentive, kind and warm communication from our very first email - through the better part of two years of our planning, throughout our daughter’s wedding, including the fast delivery of our security deposit immediately after. Her husband Craig, equally impressive, provided the venue tour, and within moments of being in the space, made our large group feel as if we were part of their family.

We had toured venues throughout Louisiana, Mississippi, Mobile and Fairhope for months and nothing seemed like quite the fit for our picky fashionista, until a colleague shared The Jackson Pearl’s website, and within moments of viewing, had made its way onto the family group chat.

Thorough, detailed and valuably transparent, we appreciated the investment of time placed into providing us with a profound amount of information covering all bases on their website, the reservation contract and the many documents sent our way after selecting The Jackson Pearl as the perfect place for Megs and Dan to betroth.

The decision was easy, and with a large family, having hosted and attended a great amount of weddings over the years, the experience in totality was nothing short of outstanding within each bit of communication, meetings, venue visits, their stunning venue, availability of services, highly professional, welcoming owners, management and staff, not to mention their desire to really set us up for success. The core memories made will fondly be remembered for a lifetime, propelling us to write this review. I am still at a loss of words but I want to share all the ones my heart can find because this place deserves it and so much more.

The Jackson Pearl is so much more than a wedding venue. It’s the place where our forever began. Where we stepped into marriage surrounded by beauty, peace, and the presence of people who truly care.

Craig and Chari, the owners, are an absolute God-send. They’ve been a blessing not only to our wedding day and all the moments leading up to it, but in our lives as a whole. Their hearts, their kindness, and their love for what they do radiate through everything they touch.

Chari went above and beyond every step of the way. She answered every question, calmed every concern and made sure we felt supported through the entire process. On the wedding day, she and her team were phenomenal. Lauren wore many hats and made sure the day flowed seamlessly and took every initiative that came at her. Every single person on staff was exceptional.

They even captured so many behind-the-scenes moments and shared them. We’ve watched the footage over and over again, just to relive the magic of that day.

I truly can’t say enough about the space, the experience, and the people behind it. Their professionalism, compassion, and genuine passion for what they do are unmatched.

If you’re looking for more than just a venue — if you’re looking for a place that feels sacred, intentional, and filled with heart — this is that place. The Jackson Pearl will forever hold a piece of ours. And as soon as we get our photos back, I’ll be updating this again, because they’ll speak the thousand words I can’t seem to...

An absolutely amazing venue!! The owners are incredibly communicative and respond very quickly! I basically had the wedding aesthetic of my dreams with this venue. I can't count how many compliments I got from our guests saying how beautiful the venue was. The bridal suite was also super spacious and was perfect for getting ready with all 7 of my bridesmaids, my 2 flower girls, and my mom! We had no problem with space in there whatsoever. There were so many great photo ops both inside and outside the building. We did the ceremony in the main room and then flipped it into the reception area, and we did dancing and then karaoke. The space allowed for everything! And it also started raining (thankfully we did an indoor wedding), but we were still able to do our send-off photos inside because there's truly so many places for photo ops! Their staff member Lauren was also there the day of and filmed some special moments throughout the day, which was so meaningful and the videos came out beautifully! The only thing that was a bit difficult (which really isn't even their fault, just as an FYI!) was the parking, but I mean, if you've been in downtown OS, you know you ought to be prepared for parking anyway! Overall, I'd say I was so so happy with TJP. I'll always be so grateful to Chari and Craig for creating such a beautiful space and sharing it with people. Wonderful people and...
