I've been to this store twice recently. I really like little caesars. They make a high quality pizza at a reasonable price. When I came to the store two weeks ago I placed an order and went shopping at the grocery store while they made it. They burnt the pizza and had to remake it while I waited and my ice cream melted in the car. The pizza they remade was great quality: everything I love about little caesars. I figured they were having a rough night, so I'd give them another shot. I went tonight and ordered a hot and ready and an order of crazy bread. She upsold me a second crazy bread for 99 cents. When I got to the window I found out that the second crazy bread wasn't ready. I was going to tell her just to keep it and give me one crazy bread and one pizza, but decided to run in at the grocery store instead and wait on the crazy bread. I get back from the store and pull up to the window to find out that my hot and ready is neither hot nor ready. I waited at the window about 5 minutes for my pizza to come out of the oven. That wouldn't have been too big of a deal, except when I got home I found the pizza to be extremely underdone. It was doughy and gooey. I ate half of one piece and threw the rest in the trash. I could've handled a bit of slow service if my pizza was still good, but this pizza was nowhere near the quality that I expect from...
Read moreOur family visited this Little Ceasars November 11th (Veterans Day) around 11 AM. Going through the drive thru we placed our order of 2 Cheese and 1 Pepperoni and we're told it was being put in the oven and to pull around to the waiting spot. Having 5 hungry impatient children ages 9months to 7 yrs old it was frustrating that we waited 20 minutes to receive our pizza which was barely warm, and looked "old". Our order was also wrong. We received 2 pepperoni and one cheese, but the kids being so hungry we shrugged it off and pulled away handing out pizza to our kids. The park we were going to with the pizza was only about 10 minutes away... That being said as soon as we arrived two of our children were already complaining of a stomach ache and had to use the restroom and had messed their pants by the time we made the 20 minute drive home we were all vomiting. At that point I thought back to how the pizza tasted and how we were told it was going in the oven and yet it came out cold... I will never go to this Little Caesars in fear of our food being tampered with again. I'm writing this review 2 days later and our entire family is still sick with what I assume to be food...
Read moreNo stars tonight!! First of all we understand the upsell...but give me a break, ask us once...then give it a rest! BUT here's the the big complaint: We were hungry , we chose LC because we figured we could get in and out quick and for less $......NOOOOO! in at 7:02 (8:02 by our receipt). We ordered an ultimate supreme, someone had already taken the last and had failed to notify the kitchen. We thought our cashier went back to order if for us.....but I am not sure she really did. 30 minutes later, we still didn't have a pizza, but in the mean time pizzas were flyin from the kitchen...everything but an ultimate supreme. We finally asked for our money back, which we received with what seemed like a sincere apology....but what, that's where it ends? What about.....we're really sorry sir, your pizza will be out any minute, but to make up for this SNAFU, we'll give you.....a 2 litter, cheesy bread, the wings you ordered but have been sitting under the heating element for 30 minutes for free.....nah, here's your money.....not the best...
