Checkers — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

Was our first time trying Checkers today and we were disappointed. First we pulled up to a drive thru speaker and the employee told us they were too short handed to man that side of the building and said we had to drive around to the other side. At that point new cars had showed up so we were now waiting in line. We were disappointed they did not have unsweet tea or Coke Zero, or other options then diet Coke. They told us it would take 10 minutes for the wings to cook , so we had to drive around the building again to the side they could not man to finally get our food. Once we finally got home (just a few minutes away there was no ketchup or napkins in the bag. My wife's order was wrong. The burgers was pretty blah, tasted like the beef was reheated, frieswe ended up not finishing them. The fries were cold. The kids wings were tough and hard to eat. Not...

Tonight went to grab quick dinner after Trick or Treating with the kids and the cashier Jae D had the worst customer service skills. 1. She overcharged me and the mgr. acted like he didn't wanna do anything bout it til I had to explain there's not a $3.40 tax on $17.50. 2. She had an attitude all because I confused her on my 1st order which I immediately apologize for, however she had to keep the attitude going huffing and puffing, slamming the window shut, refuse to acknowledge me at the window when I came to tell them they overcharged me and had the audacity to tell me to pull in the parking lot cause that's too much food. I have always come to this location but now I see i to go to another one cause i refuse to spend my hard earned money at an establishment that have no customer...

I dislike rude behavior. The other day ( 10-20-2020) at lunchtime, I pulled through the drive through and got the “hurry up I don’t have time for you to make a decision” treatment. When I got my food the person that handed it to said absolutely nothing to me. It’s weird ,,, I’m providing money to pay that persons paycheck and she doesn’t have any social skills or even one thing to say to me. She doesn’t have time for me as a customer. Okay I’m good with that but when I bit into my fried fish sandwich It was soggy on the outside of the so called crispy fish fillet and raw and fleshy on the inside with just a touch cold... absolutely YUCK,,,,,I’ll never ever slip through that drive through ever again.
