I recently moved to Ocean Springs. I chose this Walgreen's, because it is the closest. I have several prescriptions long-standing with Walgreen's, so my history is available and apparent. One of my medications is hard to find on a regular basis due to shortages, etc. When asking about refilling it, I was given a vague and dismissive response (on multiple occasions). The pharmacist or tech did not look at my history and give any alternative recommendations or advice. I found a better Walgreen's in Biloxi with pharmacists and techs that actually care about their customers and were able and caring enough to look at my history and give me recommendations, alternatives, & guidance. I wasn't treated like a number or faceless person; this Walgreen's however, hasn't been knowledgeable, welcoming, and seem to be careless when it comes to well-being and individual response....

They say they are short staffed and can’t handle the work load. So why don’t you just shut down and let someone else handle the work load. Quit taking orders if you can’t fill them. Some people really need their meds the same day. I just picked up an order from them and asked if it was complete. Nice lady at the counter said she took care of me it was complete. I went home. Not complete. Call back up there and another lady say I meant to tell the lady that waited on you that we didn’t have one of the three scrips but she forgot to tell her. I've had bad experiences with each and every time that I've had rx filled here. They're always missing the refill dates for any one of a bunch of reasons, filling deleted rx instead of current, only filling two of my rx and saying they had 4 ready, delaying refills because 'the doctor isn't answering' despite the dr saying they haven't received a request. One time they told us to get our rx filled at another pharmacy because they had too many to fill. Which is fine, except it was the next day after I dropped it off, and needed it pretty quickly.
