Hi My name is Sarah Collier and I live in Ocean Springs, MS. This evening I went to go through the drive thru and it was closed for some cleaning, my Dad is right across the street in Ocean Springs Hospital from the Taco Bell on Bienville Blvd in Ocean springs, MS. He has recently had a stroke and the nurses and doctors have not been able to get him to eat anything. He finally asked for 2 soft tacos and I went to get them to find that the drive they was temporary closed and inside dining was not permitted. I kindly knocked on the door and explained my situation to what appeared to be the manager and a nice young woman that must have ran the drive thru. After telling them of my mission to get my father these 2 tacos being that’s all he wanted, the manager and the young woman both kindly agreed to help me out by letting me order at the door, and kk sly explaining it was against policy but would MAKE IT HAPPEN! I don’t think I had to wait more than 2 minutes and they had my food at the door with a smile and kind words praying that my father got well soon. During these tough times I understand the policies of different places and guidelines that have to follow and I was so excited and just overwhelmed with joy that they offered to help me the way they did. I know it may not seem like a lot to some, but this really meant a great deal to me. He ate both tacos after going for almost 4 days without eating nothing. I just wanted to make sure that this location received the recognition they deserved for being so kind in helping a daughter fulfill her dads request after days of uneasy times. I really do appreciate them being so considerate to my request when they could have easily just told me No. I was not sure who I would need to contact so this was option 1, please let me know if there is any other place I can get this message so that they make sure I am forever grateful for their...
Read moreSOMEONE PLEASE PROVIDE ME WITH THE DIATRICT MANAGERS PHONE NUMBER! The young girl at the drive thru AND the manager on duty were EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE! When we first arrived we sat at the order box for a few minutes and were not greeted or told to wait.. we even thought they may be closed. So we drove through and seen the young girl eating. She opens the window and mid-chew tells us she was about to answer us but her batteries died that we will have to drive back around, quickly closes the window and proceeds to wait on the now two cars behind us. I will shout it from the roof tops about this place AND NOT IN A POSITIVE MANNER! In all my years of visits to Taco Bell this location and experience was the ABSOLUTE WORST! Even called back and tried to find out a district managers phone number.. but I guess they were to busy eating and rolling eyes at every customer that came through to answer the phone, though as defensive as the manager was about his cashier I am sure he would not have given it to me. When we asked her if we could change a taco we had ordered to a supreme she replies… I GUESS.When I asked her if the managers phone number was on the receipt she roles her eyes, shrugs her shoulders, and says I don’t know. She then says but he is right here would you like to speak with him, and I Could already tell he was going to have an attitude by the look on his face when he walked up. I told him how rude and unprofessional she was and he tells me everyone brags about how nice she is. I told her they need to find someone who is nicer to the public and knowledgeable to know the answer to such questions as I asked above. They just kept looking at me with go to hell looks so I drove away. I will try to call back and get the district...
Read moreI'll give this one a solid three stars! Taco Bell is my fiance and I's go-to fast food. You can always get a meal for cheap on the dollar menu or their 5 dollar boxes, and the occasional combo that's worth the price. The location is convenient, and they're open late. What have you got to lose?
We are regulars here, so some of the associates actually remember us. 9 times out of 10 the associates are very kind and patient with us as we take our order, and every now and then we get an associate that seems to be having a bad day.
If you can get to the Ocean Springs Taco Bell before 9:30 P.M., do it. Their inside side of the food prep and cooking area closes at 9:30, and there is also a difference in the food quality.
When you dine in, the nachos are piled high, and the food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and so much more tasty than running through the drive-thru. It is worth your time to get better food from Taco Bell if you can get there before 9:30. The inside itself actually closes at 10:00 P.M.
You will also have a better chance of your order not being messed up if you order inside. Our orders are incorrect more often than we'd like, unfortunately.
The Ocean Springs Taco Bell will always be a staple in our diet despite the errors in our orders...
