So I ordered two orders of pepper steak, one with no carrots and no bell peppers add extra meat, which is four dollars. I get it and all the meat is basically tendons not the actual meat that they serve in it and the only reason that I know that is because I had it Two days prior. I called the restaurant to ask them if they will remake it for me and they say yeah we remake if you order I’m not gonna pay for you to mess up my food again you know I’m just asking you to fix the mistake. They would not hear me. They kept hanging up in my face telling me that they had other customers to deal with the store is literally always empty because Probably because of this honestly I’ve eaten here probably five times with my family. It’s normally my go to, but I’m gonna have to find another spot because of their customer service and the way that they prepare their food now it’s just completely different. I don’t know if they’ve given up hope but they really need to just close their business down because they are terrible people in general, the way that they treated me and my family was despicable And I wasn’t being ugly to anyone. I was being very professional. I actually have the whole order in the trashcan right now, and I can open it up for you and show you that one had almost no beef in it and this portion was so small almost no beef in the regular made one there’s nothing been eating out of it. This is just what they gave us and it was below par now we literally had the same meal two days prior made the same way and everything, and it was perfectly fine. You could actually chew the beef, but with this meal, you could not chew the beef at all like it was gristle the tendons of the beef, and whenever I tried to bring it to the owners attention. They did absolutely nothing. They didn’t offer me. A refund didn’t offer me to remake it, which is originally all I wanted them to do is remake it But now I’ll probably have to dispute it with my bank because that’s not what I order. I didn’t order a tiny fortune. They made me pay 1195 for the dinner portion and gave me half of the lunch portion. It was ridiculous. One was made the regular way and one with extra beef and then the other one was made with no carrots or bell peppers add extra beef And both of them were messed up. One had hardly any kind of portion which I’m thinking they’re just pulled it off of the buffet and gave us what was left off of there and it has been sitting there all day and got burnt or it was just gristle in tendon And they rushed it and really didn’t care but it’s not fair as a customer That has been a loyal customer to come in and and receive such terrible service or even call and receive such terrible service whenever I have been nothing but loyal to these people I’ve spent $80 there just this week buying food for my family to eat because our stove situation is a little messed up so I’ve done my part but these people fail to realize that they made a mistake and they really lost a great customer because I would’ve kept on coming back and kept on coming back even though their cheese wontons aren’t that great or a lot of their other things aren’t that great I would’ve kept on coming back I’ve never had this kind of service especially down south happened to me. It was absolutely wild. Just beware that they really don’t care about you. They just care about the money that they’re making. I don’t even think they care about the food they’re making...

A couple days ago I purchased two to go plates and also two to go soups which technically is part of the buffet,right?!,, okay well anyway my bill came up to be basically $23😯🤔, first off the food was not fresh, you can tell that it probably has been sitting there I would not say for a long time but you can know it was left out at least more than 20 minutes at least,😝😒then as always the hostess is watching me👀👀 get my food,making my experience uncomfortable the whole time😑😑...so I get my food that they had that was any good at least, I go to pay for my food and my bill was almost $23😮😮 so I paid for my food but first I am also asking the lady how is it that high😮😯??... the hostess doesn't even give me a straight answer and I did not get a straight answer on the prices either😒🤔😯... then I asked her to please put my soup in a separate bag, she wanted to give me many answers why she could not give me a extra plastic bag to put my food in after I paid all that money May I remind you only two to go plates and two to go soups!!!... so yes I ended up not getting the bag, well anyway I get to my house I go to look to count my money what was left and I only had a $5 bill a $1 bill and some change when I know I gave the hostess to $20 bills because that is all that I had on me and this lady knew that because she saw me pull out all my money,,, okay so I called the restaurant and the hostess the one who gave me the wrong change wants to tell me and my husband that she gave me the proper change and I told her no ma'am $34 is not for two plates and two soups to go, then she started on how a dollar here a dollar there just naming off all these new answers and excuses how my bill was $34 when I know the whole time and she knows the whole time that my bill was $23..... so I take the next step the next day I go in and I talk to the manager, the manager was friendly and polite I felt like I was going to get my money back and get some justice but she was telling me about she would have to look on the cameras and get back to me..., okay well I didn't get a phone call until 27 hours later and then when I received my phone call the manager did not call me, the host is called me and the way she worded it was I'm Sorry Miss Brewer to inform you that unfortunately on the cameras it shows herself giving me a $10 bill....,, okay now I know that is a lie and a half... because may I remind you I had all twenties and she gave me a $5 bill and a $1 bill that equals up to $6, not $10 plus she never gave me a $10 bill it was all lies... I asked to speak to the manager and the host is told me she was not there so that's all me that the manager had no intentions on fixing the problem to begin with... I call this stealing and it's sad when people steal your money over the holidays when I work very hard for my money day in and day out..... I asked you see the cameras and the hostess refused for me to see the tape and told me I could not see the cameras🤔😯😠😠😠!!!I WILL NEVER EAT IN OR OUT OF THIS RESTAURANT...
Read moreI will not be exaggerating when i leave this review. This was the BEST Chinese buffet, if not food in general, that I’ve had in forever. And when i try to think of anything that tops it, i cant. I went around 11:30am with my brother and we were sat immediately and could get food the minute we got through the door. It was semi quiet, small conversations from each table didn’t overlap one another where it felt like i had to talk louder. The man walking around was extremely kind, taking plates immediately, filling our drinks and asking if everything was okay. Come to think of it, everyone there was extremely kind and worked to make sure everything was clean and well kept. And I haven’t even gotten to the food! There were, i believe either beef or pork sticks that i wish i could still have the taste of in my mouth. The fried chicken, though it shouldn’t be the focus, was amazing! The white rice was sticky, had good taste and had no hard grains. I paired it with the general tsos chicken and it was phenomenal. Id say the only thing remotely disappointing was how fast i got full! My brother enjoyed all of his food as well. We both had two plates and called it after that. A buffet that was perfection from the staff to the food and it only ended up being 23.34. I was extremely happy with the service and left a 10$ tip. I wish I could’ve given more because what they gave me was an amazing lunch that makes me want to come back again and again.
