The Beer House American Pub — Restaurant in Ocean Springs

So I'm not one to leave reviews after the first time (Thats what She said!), but after my experiance today I have to. I'm new to the area and decieded to stop at this place given its other reviews. Beer selection is excellent, and the staff is knowledgable, I have not had a chance to try the food, that'll be for the next review. Came in on a Saturday afternoon just to try the place out. Its a nice bar with a patio and live music, again the staff is friendly, and I had a chance to meet some people and have some good beer and good conversation. Ended up staying and drinking more than I planned to. ALL that aside, I'm writing this review because of the GM/Bartender Tony. After drinking my fill, I go out to my car to go home, and nothing. Batteries completly dead. Tony comes out, tried for about 20 mins to give me a jump and helps me figure out why my battery died in the first place(not gonna go into details about that). He then gives me and my dead battery a ride to the auto store to charge it up. Again, this is a Saturday afternoon/early evening and although the bar wasn't super busy, he did not have to go out of his way. I know southern hospitality is a thing (Im from the Midwest and we're friendly too!), but it isn't always practiced, and karma dictates reciprication. Tony, you have a customer for life!, no matter what place you're running. And although I can't verify it for myself (yet!), several people say he's the best chef in the south! So if you happen to be in the area, Please go check this place out, I can literally tell you I've been to no place better in...

44 beers on tap and they sure do take pride in their menu. Not many spots have good sours or ciders but their collection of ALL kinds of beer made it Impossible to choose. My flight was tasty, the BBQ crostini and chicken skewers were the best thing I've had in Biloxi all trip. The falafel was dry and tasteless unfortunately, but why bother with So many other amazing options.

The customer service and food and beer were all memorable and worth visiting. Staff here is very knowledgeable, kind, and can recite their menu recipe to you which shows pride in their craftsmanship. We planned on bar hopping but that got cancelled when we saw their beer list. My favorite spot during my 2 week trip here. Wish we had...

My husband and I had stopped in here. We took into consideration it is a Holiday and very busy. Although our original order was lost, therefore we had to wait 45 to get served.

Our Waiter Tony was the best, he handled the situation graciously and very professional. Due to the circumstances he made sure we did not have to pay.

It was no fault of his our original order had got lost and we had to wait quite a while. We understood people had not showed up for work and they were understaffed.....

SO HATS OFF TO TONY FOR GOING THROUGH ALL HIS EFFORTS......
