Updating review: after a terrible delivery experience the managers did reach out to me to offer a refund however I had already received one from the food delivery service so I didn't accept it but I did give them another chance. Last to go order was absolutely great and I had no complaints. Everything came as ordered and boxed correctly and the new sauces were delicious. I appreciate that they actually took the time to reach out to me about the concerns as most places will just brush it off and not say a word but it seems like the managers do care and are trying to turn this location back to what it used to be with good service and good wings. Last to go order was absolutely night and day difference. Thank you!
UPDATE: Attempted a delivery order. Ordered 20 wings with 4 sauces. All the wings were in one box and one flavor.... not sure how this is even possible the sticker on the box listed my order correctly so not sure how the order was made like this.
Original: Came in at 2pm on a weekday, it wasn't busy at all and my husband and I sat at the bar. The service was excessively slow. We each ordered one drink and some wings and were there for over 2 hours mainly waiting for food and a drink. The bar top was so dirty and not once did I see it get wiped down in the time that we were there. There was ketchup and ranch that was spilled in some areas and empty cups just left there. The bar tender would disappear for long periods of time and you could even tell that the servers were frustrated because they would come to get drink orders and she wouldn't be there. The restaurant itself was a complete mess. We counted at least 10 tables that were covered in empty dishes and trash that hadn't been bussed the entire time we were there. Once we finally got our food we asked for refills on our waters. Ended up having to sit and eat our whole meal (hot wings) with nothing to drink. She finally brought us refills once we were finished. She had left the check in a cup since we ordered everything and we had placed our card in it waiting to be charged out for the meal the whole time. Then she asked if we wanted the check? Took another 15 minutes to place down the same check and we immediately took our card out of the cup and placed there waiting for her to take it. Another 15 minutes. At this point we were almost ready to just walk out because it was ridiculous. The restaurant wasn't and there were only two other couples at the bar top who had also been waiting a long time for water refills and again the bartender disappeared for a long period of time. She finally came back and charged us out. That was the worst experience we've ever had at any restaurant. We saw that it wasn't busy and just wanted to grab a quick lunch before a movie. One drink each and a few wings each should and us arriving at 2pm when the restaurant was not busy yet we didn't leave until close to 5pm and ended up canceling our movie tickets. Read moreWent to Buffalo Wild Wings tonight, and had a terrible experience. Went inside to the host stand, and was told there was a little bit of a wait which is totally understandable and fine. Was told 20 to 30 minutes, but our wait turned into 45 minutes. A 6 to 10 top came in after my husband and I were put down on the list, and sitting near the host stand you can hear anything. I overheard the hostess say it would be about 70 minutes before they got sat. Was very disappointed and frustrated to find out they sat the bigger party before me, it was just my husband and I VS the 6 to 10 top. Then after we did finally get sat, our server walked right by our table and didn’t even acknowledge us for another 10 minutes. He introduced himself as Sam. I will say we got our drinks in a timely manner, but that was the only good experience of this visit. We ordered our food, and waited until it arrived. I was drinking water and it was still half full by the time our food came out, but I’m a fast drinker and it ran out fast. After my water ran out, he came back to our table another 6 minutes later and asked me if I wanted more water and I said “Yes please.” I never got my refill. I waited, and waited and saw him going into the room where the computer/registers are and saw him hugging up on one of the servers in there. I waited another 5 minutes and he still never refilled my drink, I was over this experience by this time. I had to go to the area where the computers were and ask him for my water since he forgot about it. He never apologized, once. My husband never gets mad but he was over this experience as well. And after I sat down with my water, the server he was hugging on brought us our receipt and our server didn’t. I think I made him angry by walking over and asking him for a refill but honestly I didn’t care. He then came back over and asked us if we wanted boxes and lids for the ranch I had and I said yes. He brought us the boxes, but no lids for the ranch. I was over it. I noticed as he was walking to a table who he knew personally, and talking to them while I was patiently waiting for my water. He was too busy talking with the other servers and would frequently walk into the kitchen and not come back for another 5 minutes, empty handed. Here is what happened: We went to this location for my birthday lunch. It was supposed to just be my wife and I but our daycare had closed that day so we brought the whole family. When we arrived there was at total of 3 tables eating at the moment. It was roughly around 1:30pm when we came in. When we were greeted by the host , he told us it would be about 5-10 minutes. I thought this was kind of weird considering there was only 3 tables that had people eating. We were seated and the waitress came over and took our drink order. I did notice that there only seemed to be 3 people working in the restaurant. The waitress, the bar tender and the host. Our drinks came out but they had forgot my daughters drink. While waiting to place our food order, I noticed that the restaurant smelled like wet dirty carpet. Wasn't very pleasing to smell while we waited for our food and I was concerned about the food quality. We placed our food order. I got wings and my wife got a wrap and my daughter had fries. It took, no joke, 45 minutes for our food to arrive. By the time we placed our order and then received it, the other tables had left and only one new one had arrived. I have a 3 year old daughter and a 6 month old son that was with us and they definitely were not happy about waiting that long for the food to arrive. Once the food arrived, the wings were ice cold but the fries were blazing hot. Not sure why everything wasn’t hot. My wife’s food was fine but seemed sloppily put together. I am not the type of person to ask for refunds or have the food remade but this was quite a disappointing experience.
