One star because I have absolutely no idea what is wrong with this place. It constantly smells like a disgusting mix of chlorine and sweat. The area is barren inside and itās an awkward, unorganized area where people just stand around listlessly while waiting for their food/drinks.
Also, on 2/23/25, I ordered via the app, knowing the store was open according to their advertised hours online and on their door. Imagine my surprise when I get there an hour and 45 minutes after they are meant to be up and running to find the doors locked, no one inside. Customer service support lines arenāt operational on weekends, apparently, and the info about the franchise owner is behind a $99 paywall, so it was all I could do to submit a Jamba Juice corporate survey requesting a $20 refundāthis is ridiculous, and I better get that back. For them to accept online orders while being closed is a scam!
My MIL is in the hospital and we were trying to get her something to cheer her up, and now we have to call around asking whoās actually open and taking orders so we donāt risk losing more money. Me and my husband ordered our drinks and we got his in a timely manner. But then, three groups (each consisting of multiple people) who ordered AFTER us were served before I got my drink. Then after almost everyone who ordered before AND after us were gone, I watched the girl behind the counter make my drink and give it to some other guy who said that that drink definitely wasnt his. She told him to keep it anyways. Then she made the drinks for 3 other people and my husband had had enough. He went up to the counter and told the lady I was still waiting on my drink, and that she had given it away to that person. So we wanted a new one. She had an attitude as she asked what I had ordered, and FINALLY 30+ minutes after ordering my drink, I got my damn drink. From here on out I will go to literally any Jamba Juice in the world...

Iāve been a longtime customer of Jamba Juice, but tonightās experience at the 2619 Vista Way, Suite B2, Oceanside location was the worst Iāve ever had.
My wife placed an order at 8:01 PM for 4 drinks and a fruit bowl. We waited 40 minutes before finally receiving our order ā even after watching other customers come in after us and leave before us. When I came in to ask what was going on, the employee (Samantha) gave me immediate attitude. She made a rude comment about āmost people only ordering one drink,ā shut the door on me without giving straws, and then told me to āget a lifeā because I asked how many people usually work that shift.
Unprofessional, rude, and totally disrespectful.
Weāve always enjoyed Jamba, but this was unacceptable. I truly hope management addresses this because loyal customers shouldnāt be treated this way.
