This is the only place i get my boba and NEVER been dissatisfied or disappointed! im a bobaholic person even when i was pregnant a year ago ive been craving boba 24/7 and would order 2 bobas twice a day 😭😂 and when they did my order wrong id call and the manager would just tell me to come back and theyll give me a new one. They have the best customer service! Ive never had to argue or get mad because theyre really nice and they know how to make it up for their customers. Pregnant moms are easily angered thats why getting bobas from Ding tea Oceanside is refreshing and workers are really kind! Now my baby is 7mos and im still getting bobas here haha! So everytime my friends and sister would wana get me a boba, ding tea is a go to! Oh and the workers here are really fast paced! Even tho theres only 2-3 workers!!! Also one of the workers memorized my order and he knows not to add sugar in my boba! 😂 You’re the BEST!!! 🤍♥️

I have come here multiple times but this time was different . I placed an order online and it was supposed to be a strawberry slush. I asked the gal “what is in the drink” she said “cream cheese “ and I explained that my son had a dairy allergy and i need it remade due to that. I stand corrected. My sight betrayed me and thought I had read Latte. I apologize for that. 3/11/23 Update: Both times I've ordered drinks, I end up receiving something else close to the drink I order. For example, I wanted the pistachio matcha latte but got the frappe. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I haven't bothered to modify my order as I sometimes send up liking a wrong order anyway. I'm pretty low maintenance and am not picky with foods or drinks. The team on shift tonight was not having the same energy as the first visits crew.
