Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ocoee

This Dunkin Donuts is the best location I've ever been to. I used to come here at least once a day when I was pregnant with my second child and working right down the road and they had always been super friendly to me and to my oldest daughter, saying nice things and even adding a few extra munchkins in the bag for my daughter. A couple of months after I had my second daughter, I pulled up to DD and ordered quite a few things. Once pulling up to the window realizing I forgot my wallet at home (typical me). Instead of politely turning me away, they kindly gave me my stuff that I ordered and receipt and said just come back when you can to pay for your stuff. (like I said, I ordered quite a bit of stuff, including k cups and things like that) So basically, they are awesome and treat me like family there. This is how all business's should run! I don't normally ever write reviews, but this was so above and beyond to me that I could not just not write about it and give them some praise! ( Also, I did come back the next day to pay for my stuff!) To add one last thing, they also cared enough to ask me how my baby was doing when I went up there a couple weeks...

I’m not writing this review to be rude or to accuse but I came through this drive through on 12/3/2024. I ordered a medium iced French vanilla latte with almond milk and I’m pretty sure, regular cows milk was used instead of almond milk, it tasted a lot creamier and now my breast feeding child is having a reaction. I’ve recently figured out my child has a dairy sensitivity and whenever I have dairy and it passes through my breast milk into her it makes her really sick. Now I have been up with a baby all night who has been sick and neither of us has gotten any sleep. My point in this review is to educate on why it is so important to adhere to allergen request, I’ve been a barista I know it’s hard and mistakes happen but my baby doesn’t deserve to suffer because someone else didn’t do their job properly. I hope that the managers will see this and bring it to their staff and encourage them to really pay attention to allergen...

The reviews stating their experience that the workers have attitude is certainly true. I went here just now for the first time (and last time) and they were so unbelievably rude for absolutely no reason. I ordered a strawberry coconut drink, and when I got to the window he handed me the strawberry refresher. I politely told him I would like the coconut one and he rolled his eyes, looked at me, and stated with an attitude "you asked for a refresher" and his coworker jumps in and states "you need to say you want coconut, they are two different things!" And I said I did say coconut. He then says "well now you need to wait". I said that's not a problem but wow. I could NEVER in my life imagine treating a customer this way over a drink. That's insane and completely unwelcoming as someone who pays money for food service.
