This is my third time eating at this location and I ordered 1lb of crawfish, 2 eggs and the lobster bisque soup. I asked the waitress Shara if it was any good, which she advised it was. I didn’t like the soup at all as it was extremely thick and only had small chunks of lobster in it. After telling her it was more so consistent with breadstick dip and asking to exchange it, she told me it couldn’t be exchanged or refunded and grabbed the manager for me to speak with. I asked her to add on another lb of crawfish since I wouldn’t be eating the soup. While waiting, I tried the crawfish and the first one was mushy, while the second one was gritty. At this point I was extremely disappointed. When I spoke with the manager Jeff I asked him if I could just get something else which he told me I could not exchange the soup, nor the crawfish. I said fine for the soup because my spouse said he’d eat the soup, but I shouldn’t have to pay for low quality crawfish that I’m not going to eat. He said he could take off the second lb of crawfish as it came in a separate bag, and could give me 20% off of the first lb of crawfish. Jeff was as helpful as he claimed he could be, but I still had to leave without eating anything because I wasn’t going to add MORE food onto my spouses tab if they weren’t going to remove all of the crawfish. On top of that, Jeff continuously asked me if I eat crawfish often, which I answered every single time that I do eat crawfish often. He also stated numerous times, “maybe it’s just your preference, we serve 50lb of crawfish daily and no one says anything”. As if that is supposed to change the quality of the food sitting right in front of me. Mushy is mushy and gritty is gritty. Who wants to eat that?? Jeff was completely satisfied with settling the situation as is even after I clearly stated I would not be eating ANYTHING because of dissatisfaction. Jeff could’ve and should’ve gotten on the phone with whomever HIS manager is to get the necessary approval required. He was not compassionate whatsoever, repetitively insinuating that I was making the entire thing up. I will not be back at this location. I am posting this in hopes of being compensated, but the sad thing is that customer satisfaction doesn’t matter often times to...
Read moresorry for the long review but hopefully an owner will see this and get an idea on why there restaurant isn’t making any money. went here for the first time last night 2 hours before they closed and for a saturday night it is was dead in there. we sat at the bar. the manager was very polite greeting us and he even pulled chairs out for us to sit. however it kinda went down hill from there. i guess there wasn’t a bartender on a saturday night so the servers are bartenders? our server neh or nei (not sure how to spell her name) was sweet but seemed undertrained. i tried to order wine but she had no knowledge of the wine so then i tried to order a mojito to which i was told “we don’t have to ingredients to make that” which i thought was funny because all the ingredients were in plain sight. rum lime simple mint and soda water. i just said okay because i’m not about to argue over a drink and then ordered a strawberry margarita. she did not use a jigger and she poured almost 4 ounces of tequila in my drink, an ounce of triple sec (5 ounces of alcohol total) then mixers. i ended up asking her to top it with soda half way through and basically had 2 drinks out of one. my partners food was good but they forgot his side. i ordered the snow crab 1/2 lb for 20$. needless to say the singular potato and corn on the cob were the highlight of my broil. i had maybe 3 oz of crab meat total. then we get the bill, they added a 6.5% food charge on top of our bill? we just paid the bill and left. just overall very disappointing. there’s much better places elsewhere so sadly we will not returning. hopefully the owners get it figured out. wish you the...
Read moreThis was the worst service…..Bartender told me “don’t be mad at me i’m not good at makin drinks”…… Why wasn’t this man trained to be behind a bar? The managers saw me walk in and sit at the bar for quite some time before i had to signal to them i would like to see a menu…… Bartender was never seen again after ordering my food. The drink i ordered was a vodka soda…… he poured me a triple vodka, threw a couple of ice cubes in and a tiny bit of soda. When i ate my whole meal and hadn’t touched my drink I let him know I couldn’t drink it. He still gave me the check with the drink still on it. If he would have come back to even check once if i was ok, I would have asked for a different drink perhaps but at this point i just wanted to go. It took a while but the manager came over and had the nerve to remind me i had ordered a vodka soda. I explained to him the drink was not good and i hadn’t touched it so i felt i didn’t need to pay for it. He almost argued with me about it until i was firm in letting him know it wasn’t right for not one person to check on me and that i need to pay for a drink i literally didn’t touch. The food itself was just ok. Calamari was not fresh and tasted like a frozen bag that was just tossed into the sauce. What happened to this place?! The photo i attached is of the managers while i sat at the bar a few feet away with no service…. I contacted corporate about an issue i had but of course not a single email or call back to see what type of problem or compliment i may have had at all....
