Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Oconomowoc

I'm here at Dairy Queen right now (04-15-2024) at 7:00pm over at Oconomowoc WI 53066 and Everyone here is so unprofessional. I order food for my 2 daughters and I after I got my food I went to ask for ranch dressing and the little girl that's working on the cash register is acting like she doesn't know where the ranch dressing is at and asking all her co-workers. All the co-workers are telling her they don't remember where the ranch dressing are and they don't remember where they put them. I try not to care so it did not ruin my day but after my daughters and I finished eating they wanted some ice cream so I went to order ice cream and it took 20 minutes for me to get them. The only reason I got them was because I went to the counter and confronted the manager about why was everyone coming after my daughters and I were getting their ice cream first. A couple showed up 5 minutes after we order our ice cream and they got their ice cream right away. Ten minutes later another family came and order ice cream and they got their ice cream before we did. That's when I went to ask for our ice cream. I asked the lady( came to find out she was the mngr) why did it take 20 minutes when everyone that was coming after us would get it right away? She did not answer me. I would of understand if they would of been busy but it looked like they were trying to ignore us, I don't know if this was a racial act or what seeing that we were the only Hispanics in...

Dairy Queen truly exceeded my expectations with their delectable ice cream offerings. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere. I’ve been here two times and have been extremely disappointed both times. The first time was a weekend night, I ordered shrimp basket and they forgot the shrimp sauce. And I ordered a medium blizzard, and I might have well ordered a small because they only put the topping 1/3rd of the way in, and didn’t blend it all in whatsoever. the second time was a week day, and I order a small sundae with butterfinger and jimmies(Sprinkles). I might as well just ordered no toppings because they skimped on toppings, majority, both times. And both times I was waiting in drive thru line for forever. If you want more toppings and food to come with everything, go to culvers instead.

Edit to add:: reading reviews after I posted mine, it seems this is an ongoing issue with this place. Them responding saying ‘we are sorry, we hope you give us another chance’, is not enough. You need to figure out a way to accommodate unsatisfied customers- maybe offer free items that your team failed to get right the first time, or something along...
