We went in to get a gift card for pizzas, The person who waited on us could not even make eye contact The manager came out and handed us paperwork and said fill this out for your donations. And we both looked at each other and said we want gift card for pizzas. Then the manager looked at the person that cannot make eye contact with us. And was confused. Then walked away very rudely after we were asking him questions. And the whole time the other person standing. There could not look at us at all. Still staring at the ceiling could not figure out what was going on. We asked 2 or 3 times how much for a gift card for some pizzas, dessert and stuff like that. The manager walked away and said I don't know. And still the other worker still stood there making 0 eye contact. Then the manager pointed at the gift card very rudely and said oh, that's what you want. And we had stated yes from the first time we walked in. Customer service involves looking at people in their eyes. Or at least make some kind of contact that was so rude and inconsiderate. An extremely unprofessional. If you're gonna hire people, at least make sure they know how to make eye contact and have some kind of professionalism when you're asking for a gift card,...
Read moreI’m I’ve always had as good as possible service with this particular Dominos store. They’ve always delivered fast and the orders have always been up to par and I’ve always tipped well. Tonight I had a delivery driver by the name Gabriel go out of his way to make me feel ok about the fact that I didn’t have quite enough to tip him. As bad as I felt, this young man said don’t worry about the tip , I’ll be alright. I felt so bad but he said it’s ok. I don’t know what else to say to this other than Gabriel kept a smile on his face and genuinely seemed happy to have simply brought a hot meal to my home on time. He said simply “just tip the next guy if you stay able”. That sort of composure from such a young man humbled me. Thank-you Gabriel & good looking out. As a guy that takes pride in tipping well over the usual amount my whole life as I was tight to do, I felt ashamed. The manager has no control over his employees and the staff under him are all highschool buddies who believe it's mess around time. No one at the store seems to take any initiative to great customers or provide any customer service. We had a pizza with incorrect sauce on it. My wife went to go pick it back up. The staff member had the gall to come up to my wife and give her attitude while asking if she was there for a pick-up or if she was gonna order. She said she was there for a replacement pizza due to their mistake. The staff member grabbed the pizza and dropped it on the counter and said "there you go".
