It was my first time at Dickey's in Odessa Texas and the experience I had was horrible it was terrifying I went and ordered a barbecue plate of brisket and a slider a barbecue plate with two meats and three sides if I'm not mistaken and a slider is a piece of me with Fred got to the window cuz they didn't know how to accept it my bill was a total of $39 with my coupon they figured a way to drop it $10 so my total came out to $29 when I got my order got halfway home too tired to take a bite out of my slider I found three big boxes of just sliders three sliders my meat plate wasn't there my sides weren't there I was really upset to have spent that much money on three little pieces of bread and pieces of meet I turned around but right back went into the store Spain to them what they gave me explain to them what I paid and explain to them how upset I was they apologized claiming that all their staff the entire staff was Mew and they were training I had a long day and to have to turn around and go back at the end of my day to correct something that should not have happened in the first place is really upset especially pain but would have been $39 for three pieces of bread and three pieces of meat was really ridiculous that's the first time I've gone to Dickies in Odessa and I'll never...

Didnt expect to spend $53 in the drive thru at a BBQ place only to get home and have NO BBQ sauce to go with our dinner......tried to call and let the manager know without any other expectation(as I live to far to return to get BBQ sauce) so it wouldn't happen to anyone else and was greeted by the rudest girl ever (Angie) who told me the manager was too busy making an order to accept my call....just WOW!!! This is the 2nd time I have been disappointed by this place the 1st being when they forgot to write down the date to cater my daughters graduation party and we ended up getting the closing leftovers only because I called wondering where they were....and while they did attempt to make that situation right afterthought I wonder if it's poor training of staff, management or both....love the food but wont be returning due to the incompetence of the staff time and time again....ridiculous for that price to receive that...

I went in last night to get 3 meals. The first meal was supposed to be Polish sausage, brisket and chicken. The guy put jalapeño cheddar sausage which the way the counter is laid out was not noticed until I got home. So one person had less dinner than needed.

The second dinner the meats were right but they left out the pickles, onions and roll.

The third plate they left out one side.

Then to top it all off, the fries, okra and the loaded baked potato casserole were cold when we got home because they were put on top of the coleslaw.

It wasn't a busy time as I was the only customer when I put in the order.

The two good things were the fry cook made sure I liked the look of the fries and okra and because I'm older the cashier took the food out to...

The only thing on my try that was warm was the side of Mac and cheese and the baked potato casserole. The brisket, turkey and jalapeño cheese sausage were like it was right out of the refrigerator, COLD. The spicy bbq sauce warmed it up some, with the spice. I thought food needed to be kept at a certain temperature 135 to 140 degrees, not COLD. The older gentleman that was working in the kitchen handling the food, with a beard, shouldn’t he have some kind of hair net to cover your facial hair? Dicky’s on the corner of University and County Road West.

Did a mobile order for Two loaded BAKED potatoes. We drove all the way to picked them up, not looking before leaving, got to the house and looked to find it was literally loaded mash potatoes. Husband called the manager only for him to argue that they are the samething. NO they are not the same they are different. Even when we pulled into the drive thru no one mentioned they were out of baked potatoes or even when pulling up to the window.

This place was filthy even for Odessa. Tables were sticky, chairs were bent, men’s bathroom was full of standing water. When I tried to let the staff know about the bathroom situation I was waved off, she couldn’t be bothered for a second to get off of her cell phone. The brisket was dry, the loaded mashed potatoes were cold. Both myself and my coworkers felt ill after finishing our food. Approach with caution.
