I have to say this has to be the worst service experience along with the feeling of being some kind of burden to the staff. We put in an order at 8:44 p.m. and we live 20 min away from this location. When we pulled up the blonde lady handling the drive-through looked frustrated with the fact we showed up. She opens the window doesnât say hi her words are what's the name. Shaking her head while she is looking for the order you can tell that she and the other workers are not happy that we arrived like they are ready to close and we are making them do something they donât want to do. Then the same lady opens the window and tells me the amount I owe $80 plus whatever change. We get our order we look at our food making sure we received everything like I said we live 20 min away from this location so we wanted to make sure we got everything. We drive away from the window and my wife says you know what I didnât see the dressing to our salads. We take everything out and double-check and she was right no dressing we drive back thru the drive-thru. When we pull up to the window the staff looks over at us they turn and the blonde lady looks down like I can't believe they are back the staff starts laughing and talking you can tell they are all talking about us. The blonde lady comes back to the window and we tell her we didnât get the dressing for our salads. She turns around goes back end getting the dressing you can tell her and someone or staff person are talking like we are lying. The lady comes back with some dressing gives it to us and tells us âjust so you know the dressing are in the saladâ, so my wife pulls out one of the salads and shows her there isnât any salad dressing in them, then I said,â I have ordered salads from here many times before, the salad dressing has never come in the salad bowlâ. Her response was âwell you have it nowâ. Then she closes the window. When we arrived home we found that none of our 5 sandwiches had pickles. We have ordered and eaten here plenty of times, its one of our favorite places, and have never been treated this way. This was the worst experience I have had here, itâs so sad to see how they could care less to be courteous or friendly, I told my wife I just want to give them our food back and just ask for a refund.    Read moreEhh... Missing food, incorrect order, took a unreasonable amount of time to get my food (over 30 min), food tasted bad, rude staff and still didn't give me my complete order. That's not my experience with them from all time, just the LAST Time I went there. Left without the couple of guac because it wasn't worth it in my opinion. If it wasn't so late I would have demanded a refund but it wasn't just my food that was ordered as 2 other people were waiting on me to get their food. Needless to say I Refuse to do business with these knuckleheads. And if corporate reads this just letting you know I don't want your complimentary food as your way of saying sorry. You can't apologize for that night and I don't want anything to do with you anymore. (Edit) Somehow I got stuck with picking up food from this place again a year later. I didn't order, it was done on the app. Somehow they still mess up nachos with cheese and cheese only and that's after losing the order altogether. I came to leave a Bad review about the snarkiness and incompetence but damn they constantly are a disappointment and I already have a bad review for them.    Read moreI come here pretty often so I decided to try the order online option so I could just pick it up at the window and it took over 30 minutes for me to get my order from the time I placed it. I showed up a couple minutes before the app said it would be ready expecting yo wait a couple of minutes, NOT 20. I had to ring their stupid door bell three times, because apparently it's too much to pay attention to a window, just for someone ask what I needed. I had to ring it another two times over a 10 minute period just for someone to come back with my order. When this kid finally shows up with my food after doing who knows what for 10 minutes he shoves it in my hands and slams the window without saying a word. If I could leave 0 stars for service I would. It ended up taking so long I was late getting back to work and I had no time to even eat my food. I would not ever recommend picking up at the window unless they can find someone competent enough to grab an order without getting lost for 10-15 minutes...
