We've been coming to this TJ's for years. I worked at one for 15 years, so I know how things operate. Yes... there's been changes throughout the years, but it's still the same concept.
We just left... got there around 6:30pm. One of the little girls working was outside making out with her boyfriend. 3 other employees in the back. They all acted lost. The girl came in from outside & asked if we had been waited on. We got our food & it might've been Luke warm. I was going to get something else, but changed my mind. The area that they prepare the food was absolutely disgusting. We ordered an apple grande & the lady said she had to heat up some apples. Ok...she put them in the microwave & walked off & went to the bathroom, didn't say a word to anyone. 2 of the boys walked out to go on break, another boy came in (not sure where he had been), he looked at us & asked if we needed something. Told him we were waiting on an apple grande...I think he was a little irritated that everyone walked away without doing the order. The apple grande shells used to have cinnamon/sugar on them. This one didn't & was very bland! I won't even go into how the employees were dressed because this is long enough. Oh...the girl kept leaving to go with her bf outside.
We'll just drive to the TJ on Noland Road... it's much better! I won't bother to say anything to the owner (if it's still the same one). She doesn't care & doesn't do anything about the complaints. This store has really gone downhill in the...
Read moreLet me start by saying that i dont often give negative reviews. But i honestly feel like this is a call to the public awareness of a unsatisfactory food establishment In my honest opinion and being A reviewer of great experience, This place is ridiculously over priced for the quality of food.
I walked into this establishment around midday. I ordered 2 meals in which the total came to over $28 , and it was the boss burrito and the street tacos. I wasn't about to pay that, so I took off the street tacos and got the cheaper taco meal. It came to $26 dollars and I thought, well, they must be pretty proud of their food here. So I went with it. Boy, was it the worst fast food I have encountered in a very, very long time. I got to the car and handed the bag to my wife we drove away. While driving, my wife told me her food was cold and there was a greasy juice coming out of them in which she lost her stomach promptly upon the ground and down the side of our car. I stopped the car at the next pull over rest area. I started in on the boss burrito. All I can say is if you like taking a couple of big spoons of rice and wrapping them in a tortilla, then you would live this burrito. There was hardly any of the other ingredients that were listed to be inside the burrito. We spent 26 dollars and threw...
Read moreSo not sure if people don’t usually order from the app but as I walked in the manager said she wasn’t sure where my order came from but it popped up on the computer and then she said my name like it was the most annoying thing . Well I was standing there and I would have bought more food but you sounded to pissed off . Then while I was waiting for my order the manager took a call and I don’t really know what the call was about but if I were the customer …. You sound like you’re mad at the world and hate everyone in it . I just think that people can get very turned off by what they hear ‘said to others. The customer is always right and you could do a lot of damage control by just acting like your sorry. lm from out of town I was doing thru and decided to stop by my favorite fast food but I won’t stop by this store again. The food was good after I asked them not to put on beans cause I am allergic … they don’t give me anaphylactic shock but they do make me really sick to my stomach. And I had to pick off tomatoes and guacamole . Why not read the order 1st ?! Anywho I still 🥰taco John’s … just...
