Wendy's — Restaurant in Ogallala

I am using my wife's phone to leave this review. I live in ogallala and I will never eat here again. The last time I went to this Wendy's before this time. The chicken sandwich was chicken jerky on a bun dried up old and nasty and the fries where cold.so i went back threw the drive threw and told them. I was nice and said I understand it's a slow time.they made me a new sandwich and reheated the fries in the deep fryer they served me before.When i pulled up to the drive threw tonight the guy who served me last time recognized me.i ordered a chicken combo.He told me I'd have to pull up and wait because they where out of chicken,abut three minutes later another guy brings me a sandwich only no fries so I parked went back in told the manager that I didn't get my fries so he gave me a large fries instead of a medium got in my car and stuck my hand in the bag,cold fries. I didn't want to go back and complain again so I opened my sandwich and started eating it was hot because it just came out of the fryer and I was eating the thin part but when I got to the thick part it was cold I turned on the light in the car and looked to see the chicken was raw not under cooked but pink and raw I almost thew up. So I walked in showed it to the cashier and said this is raw he took it to the manager and he came out and said sorry the fryer must not be working right would you like another. I said no I want the one you served me back in case I get sick.he refused to give it back.i told him i want the sandwich back so I could get it tested if I get sick.again he refused to give it back.i will never eat at this Wendy's agian.i live in ogallala and they don't care if your food is right because most people get on the highway and leave by the time they realize there order is skrewed up.the manager didn't want me to be able to prove they served me a raw sandwich.i think they served it to me raw on purpose because I complained the last time and they wanted to...

I understand that quality customer service isn't at the forefront of a fast food restaurant in the Middle of Nowhere, Nebraska at midnight but honestly I expected just a little more effort from a Wendy's. The cashier was just a little too anxious to get out for a smoke break. I know this because he blatantly stated it more than a few times. Secondly, one of the cooks told us the lobby was closed even though all doors were unlocked and chairs were down and used that as a platform for excuses as to why their service was bad. All this wouldn't be a problem if the cashier would have actually taken our order in a timely mannor, not having us repeat it 3 times to him, and then ultimately getting our order wrong. My girlfriend received a nice hot bowl of chili with a Caesar salad with pomegranate dressing... 4 stars for food, 1 star...

Stopped at this Wendy’s while passing through town. There were about a million and one flies buzzing around the whole restaurant. Dead bugs in the window sills. As customers were ordering their lemonade the staff was scooping the lemonade out of the container with a cup and no gloves. I am guessing the nozzle didn’t work. So they decided to leave the top off of the lemonade dispenser and use their hands. Not sure why they didn’t put an out of order sign on the lemonade. The drink dispenser had out of order signs on over half of the drink options. The entire restaurant was disgusting. I don’t think you could pay me to return this Wendy’s.
