Burger King — Restaurant in Ogden

I have gone here twice within the past month. the first time they gave me cold french fries. When i asked for new fries the manager came out and asked me "if my fries were cold, than why was i eating them?" I was eating my sandwich while I waited for new fresh fries. I wasn't bothered until the manager asked me this question and than asked for my fries back before he would do anything for me. the manager was rude and didn't even apologize for the error in cold fries. He had sent his employee out to deliver the fresh fries. That employee started off with an apology for the wait and than when we asked what his managers name was he became rude and said if we had problems with the service than we should call and he began to walk away. He than turned around before he opened the door to go back inside and spit in our direction.

Tonight I came in and ordered 10 burgers and 3 large fries. This time every burger I received was cold and my fries were nice and hot. I headed straight home which was about 2 minutes away. As me and my friends bit into the burgers we found each one was cold. I called to speak with the manager and spoke with Armando who didn't even care about the cold burgers and tried telling me that there was no manager on duty for me to talk with. He continued to say that the burgers were hot. He didn't apologize or offer to replace them until the end of the call after I got more and more frustrated from his excuses of why the burgers may be cold, except he would always refer back to them being hot when they wrapped them. I think the only person in this store that actually knows good customer service is Don in the window. He is very polite and considerate to ensure he gets your order put in correctly and that you understood your totals. He was friendly and kind with every aspect of my visit.

I only hope that the management sees this and can improve their service and food. I will NOT be returning to this...

This is quite possibly the worst Burger King of all Burger Kings, which is possibly a record low. I don't know where they got their staff, but I am impressed at just how bad it is.

We went through the drive thru, and it was what I can only describe as a comedy of errors:

1 - We were in the drive thru for nearly 30 minutes from beginning to end, and there was only one car before us at the ordering sign. 2 - When we reached the window, I inquired about what someone had ordered that took so long, and was informed that they were slammed, understaffed, and hours were being reduced. 3 - The employee put the ordered shake on the tray to hand to us, then left it on the counter for 5 minutes while 'going to get the food' 4 - I didn't see anyone at the front counter, but I could see two employees chatting for some time while presumably some unseen person did the actual work of cooking. 5 - When we finally got the food and the now partially melted shake, we asked for a receipt. It took the employee several moments to realize it was out of receipt paper, and after replacement, it printed a dozen or so receipts, so had clearly been out for some time without bothering. 6 - I had ordered 10 nuggets with barbecue sauce. I did not receive sauce at all, and on reaching home found that there were only 4 nuggets.

I am, quite frankly, infuriated with the service here and will, in the future, be driving to either the other side of town for a different BK, or more likely, McDonalds. I could probably walk there and...

1/30/23 around 3:40pm. Stopped in with my little family. Staff was not welcoming, no warm welcome in or hello...nothing. instead it was cold and gave the feeling as if we were bothering them for coming in. While we were trying to order ...every employee had a headset on and we're talking to each other and we had to wait for breaks in their conversation to continue our order. When we got our drinks, the soda machine had almost nothing to offer. We asked if we can have our sodas filled from their carside soda machine since we can see they had all the flavors to offer...the face the older lady gave me was blatantly obvious I was asking to much but snatched the cups out of my hands to do it. Got our food which was alright other than the old semi warm fries. Half way through eating my daughter had to use the restroom. Her father took her into the bathroom and was DISGUSTED!!!! As if some exploded all over the toilet and was clearly not cleaned in a VERY LONG TIME!!! My husband brought our daughter back out right away and since she still really had to go, I went with her to use the female bathroom....let's just say it is BEYOND clear this bathroom hasn't been cleaned in months either. It was disgusting!!!! We left immediately since our daughter still had to use the bathroom! I refused to let my family finish their food since if that's how they take care of the bathrooms, I can only imagine how they take care of their hands that...
