Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ohio

This store is clearly hit or miss on the quality of its service and products. I always order the same coffee the same way and never know wether or not it’ll be missing the sugar the cream the cold foam, or it plain down will just not taste good. Well today I’M DONE! The first thing while ordering through the drive-thru, was that they didn’t put cold foam AGAIN on our coffees and usually I don’t say anything but this time I did, then I pulled out and realized they shorted me on food AGAIN, so I turned around and went back inside and the first worker did not greet me or say anything she called another worker to come deal with me,so I tell him you shorted me again, he doesn’t say anything he just walks away, I wait and then another worker comes out and says “are you sure they’re both not in there?” So I slide the bag across the counter and she looks in side and says “ there’s two in there” to which I replied that it clearly says on the receipt on the bag 2 orders of 2 ham and cheese roll ups so she takes my bag ( in the mean time I’m standing there watching flies land on donuts)and brings it back and at this point I’m very heated so I just say Thankyou and leave. I’m thinking there is no way it’s wrong again......yeah well I’m driving down the road and my son reaches in the bag to find that they have given ham and cheese roll ups with EGG ON THEM! Updated Review: (2024) This is an OK Dunkin. You might get what you ordered, you might not. It is the only location that perpetually tries to "correct" my order by telling me how I should be ordering my beverage. Today was yet another in a long line of incidents. I ordered a macchiato with lite ice and when they handed me the coffee there was no coffee in my drink, just milk and chocolate syrup. I had to pull around and go inside. The first person I saw at the counter ignored me and walk away so I went down to the pick-ups end and got someone's attention. I asked if any coffee had been put in my beverage since all I saw were milk and syrup. She snapped that of course she had put coffee in the drink. Another girl came over and offered to remake the drink which looked correct when she handed it to me. Had the first girl just admitted that the half full cup they had given me was missing the coffee I would not have been so upset but the remade beverage was fuller than the first cup and you could see the coffee portion.

FYI if you request light ice you will be given a beverage that is about 2 inches from being full and the employees will be kinda rude about it if you question it.

I’ll start with the positives for this location. First off, everyone there is extremely friendly and seems genuinely interested in making sure their customers have a good experience. Unfortunately it’s all downhill from there. Why do I say this? Here are all the reasons:

The wifi is unreliable at best, nonexistent at worst. This creates a minor problem if one is trying to actually to do work. Requests to look into this are acknowledged but not acted upon.

Tables throughout this location aren’t wiped clean. I’d have a bit more understanding if it was early in the morning and they were busy, however it’s 4pm and the table next to me was dirty when I arrived and has remained untouched for well over an hour.

I asked for a “lightly buttered” bagel. I’d take a picture to show all the “butter” I scraped off but that might be overkill.
