Worst location ever! No customer service. No helpful staff; in fact they were downright rude, including the manager. Background: So I live in Georgia, and frequent many Dunkin' locations in/around Atlanta & Marietta. Every now and then I decide to get the maple snackin' bacon orders with my coffee, and I love how sweet & crispy they are. This time I decided to stop at the location at 784 Boardman-Canfield Rd as I was driving by and needed a coffee fix. I ordered a medium iced coffee, a s'mores donut, and decided to get the hot honey bacon as an impulse buy. The bacon came out first and while I waited for the rest of my order, I decided to try a piece. WHAT??!! The bacon was cold and very chewy/fatty, not warm and toasty like my orders have been in Georgia with previous snackin' bacon. When the drive thru attendant handed me the rest of my order, I handed the bag with the bacon back thru the window and said it hadn't been warmed up. There were at least 4 young girls standing there staring at me like I had 2 heads. I said my experiences with Dunkin's snackin' bacon had always been that they were warm and crispy, but this order was cold, onto which the hot honey had been applied. But the "hot honey" is a flavor profile, not a temperature. They called the manager over, and her prissy answer was that each franchise does their own thing, and proceeded to fold the flap of the bag over and put it through the drive thru window, expecting me to take it back. She never said there was a misunderstanding about how the bacon was prepared, or offered me some other choice instead. Am I the a$$hole for expecting snackin' bacon to be warm?! Worst...

I've had questionable experiences in the past with this Dunkin but decided to give it another try. I submitted a mobile order and jumped in line.
The line took quite a while, which doesn't upset me terribly, but definitely wasn't a positive. I finally get to the window.
Lady #1 hands me my order and barely looks at me, I say "thank you" and she just walks away
My entire order is wrong. I got two sandwiches despite only ordering one (one was burnt anyways.) I ordered two chai lattes and got two iced coffees instead. And the donut I ordered? Well, perhaps it was on its way, but as I mentioned the lady at the window walked away without even looking at me, so I just drove off into a parking spot.
I hop out of my car and walk in. I'm met at the counter by another lady and simply say "Hello, my order is wrong. These were supposed to be chai lattes and I didn't receive my donut." Lady #2 corrects my order, and when she hands it and I smile and say "thank you" she also walks away without even looking at me. In her defense, she seemed younger and seemed stressed about the clearly toxic work environment, and the drinks she made were solid. Read moreOrdered a Large Cappucino today (1/11/24, around 4pm) at the drive through and got a large cup of 2/3 foam. It looked like about 6oz of product in a 16oz cup. Upon walking in was met by an incredibly rude young man who insisted that “I could ask them to make it with less foam” (if I knew to ask) and that it was a normal amount of product, also that I should “just order a latte”. I pushed back a little and asked how many ounces of product should be in a Large and he said he didn’t know. BRO, YOU JUST SOLD ME A $4.50 CUP OF AIR. No other area Dunkin intentionally shorts its customers in this way and then has the audacity to try to gaslight you about it when you point it out. I have bought many of these from a lot of different locations and can tell when something is out of the ordinary. They weren’t even busy. Avoid this location at all costs and go farther down the road in either direction. Managers take note: These people are not interested in happy customers.
