I want to start off by saying that I have never had an issue with the drive-thru, but definitely don't go inside. At my most recent visit, we walked in and no employees were walking up to the register, so we ended up just going to a kiosk. Placing the order went smooth, and the food was called out quickly. They had forgotten to give us our drink cups, which happens, but I was standing up there for literally 5 minutes waiting to be acknowledged by someone. An employee going to the restroom literally walked by with her phone to her face and ignored me. Now, I get it, you can be busy. But at least say "one moment" or "we will be right with you" or something. Next thing you know, I FINALLY got acknowledged and they gave me the drink cups. One of the cups had a crack in it. yay. Then I stood up there for another five ish minutes trying to get another cup. I don't like leaving bad reviews but I've just never been to any sort of restaurant and get ignored like that. It's been the past 2 times I've gone inside, I'm just done doing it. The store was clean, the food is good, but the customer service just makes me feel like a hindrance even...
Read moreI will have to stop going to taco bell again this time permanently. I had stop before for about 3 or 4 years because when I ask for double meat on a taco they barely gave me the amount of meat that comes with regular meat. But I had to bring someone there because that's what they wanted and I noticed the crew this time filled the tacos nice. So it started me going bac. But I see that crew isn't there anymore because I only get the amount that regularly comes with a taco. It's jus not worth it because you don't get your money's worth even when you ask for extra. I assume whoever on duty more concerned with dollars and cents on their product more than being concerned with satisfying the customer. So this time I'm cutting them off for good and and will encourage others to do the same. When they made that commercial about McDonalds when they ask the question "where's the beef" they should make one about taco bell because it's worst than McDonald's! Done with taco...
Read moreI will not darken the doors of another Taco Bell for many moons. Unbelievable. After waiting in drive thru for 12 min to order, I was told they were only accepting cash as their system was down. This is completely understandable but why couldn't an employee have taken a magic marker and a piece of scrap cardboard and placed a simple sign to that effect, saving both I and several others not only the fruitless wait to order but also the additional time spent waiting on cars in front to get their orders so we, sans food of course, could finally go to another restaurant to spend our money? As I exited past the pick up window an employee (team member LOL) was casually taking a break leaning on a counter, OBVIOUSLY way to busy relaxing to think about the inconvenience to the customers providing their paychecks. This store needs new management...
