Dunkin' — Restaurant in Ohio

I walk in to order a drink but I can’t pay at the front counter. Instead the staff has to physically take my phone over to the drive thru window because they can’t use the front drawer. This is despite the fact that there are two credit card terminals sitting off and unused. I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ that has done this. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to rectify this problem immediately. Otherwise lock the doors and become drive thru...

This location is wonderful. The staff are always friendly and can get through a long line in no time. I don't go inside, but the exterior is kept clean and well-maintained. Honestly, I really only get one thing at Dunkin' and that's the frozen matcha latte. This store is the absolute best at it. They actually make it smooth; no chunks of ice. I go to this location every morning for a coffee to start my day and the past few weeks the coffee cup Lids have been leaking so bad that by the time I get to work 10 min down the road half my coffee has spilled out they are leaking from around the edges not the hole you drink from I have brotten this to there attention many times and nothing has been done please address...
