Unpopular opinion: it's okay..The pizza dough is undercooked. When you pile the toppings on (like Fabio's does) you have to be careful with the temp in the ovens, because the dough underneath needs to cook properly. I agree with most of you that the food is good, but it's not "amazing." I would really love to see some more consistency with the quality of the food here. You never really know what you're biting into. Which for me (many times) has been a bunch of awesome toppings, crispy bottom crust, and then...raw dough..mushy, cold, raw dough. Which sucks because this restaurant would be great except for that one tiny detail. Also, associates like to talk about thier exotic adventures at Godfathers while you stand and wait for your pizza. Fabios pizza has been my favorite pizza for as long as I can remember! Every time I go to the mall I can't leave until I stop at Fabios. I wish they would expand their business and open up a couple other shops throughout the Ohio Valley and have long business hours and maybe even delivery service would be really nice. The staff that works here is always very nice and friendly and they work pretty quickly too. I've also seen the owner there a lot and hes always very friendly to his customers and I always see him right there working next to his staff and not sitting in his office with his door closed like some owners/managers will do at...

I have been meaning to try this place since the grand opening and finally got my chance today.
The food was excellent but they GOTTA get a better system to take orders and keep things running smoothly. I was told 20-25 minutes for a medium thin crust to-go. Cool, it's the dinner rush and they were busy.
Except it took 58 minutes to get the pizza. They just handwrite tickets and put them in the cook window. They kept jumping between two registers with 2-3 cashiers but never at the same time. The line of customers kept shuffling from one end of the counter to the other.
