Magic Wok — Restaurant in Ohio

I went through this afternoon for sweet-and-sour chicken no sauce and no veggies, legit just chicken and rice that’s all I wanted. I pulled away realizing that there was the gravy sauce all over it I didn’t have time to turn back around and fix it because I had to get my daughter to her dentist appointment so I called back and they told me to come back through and they’ll fix it for me. I came back through later and got to the window and she took that the chicken with all the gravy on it fine whatever and tells me that she found my order but wasn’t going to fix it because there were some bites taken out of it I told her “well we took some bites out of it because we thought we would try it because maybe we would like it and wasn’t going to come back for it but she didn’t like it at all like neither of us liked it” and she said well contact corporate we’re not fixing it. I am a GM at a fast food restaurant, and I know this is not how you treat problems. I just wanted what I ordered nothing extra or anything just the chicken and rice. I also know you’re not supposed to take food back through the window, but I didn’t really care about that I just wanted what I ordered. Never again will I come back with horrible...

Wish I could give them no stars, was horrible. The lady got orders out of order, told her what I ordered like 3 times once I got to the window. She still continued to try and get me to pay for a different order. Then I asked for duck sauce after waiting almost 25 minutes for my food, and the lady gave me attitude and said it was in the bag. When I went to eat my food, it was sweet and sour they gave me. Horrible, just absolutely horrible. If I wasnt on my lunch break I would have went in and talked to a manager or ask for a number to contact one. Advise not going there, I will not be going back to...

Before I could even say anything at the order screen i was already greeted with irritation, i work in food so i get how it is so i let it slide, but then every question i had was also met with irritation. i get up to the window, pay, was given no receipt and meanwhile bro still hasn’t said one word to me. im given my food and i open it up to a handful of cabbage 1 CARROT 1 BELL PEPPER PIECE, and a handful of cold broccoli on a bed of rice with NO SAUCE. how do you forget the sauce bruh. i paid too much damn money for what i received and i promise ill NEVER be back again.
