Marinos participates in the senior citizens dine in dine out pro gram. I've been eating there for years. I was introduced to their restaurant through the son. We enjoyed eating there even after he was no longer there. Recently we became acquainted with the senior program . I will never return!!!! Each visit our server was awesome and friendly. The problem is the owner. She looks out and says there will be delays because she had to set up for an unexpected group for a buffet. Could you come back later? Are you kidding me? The next trip I decided to give then another chance. I said upon entering I need dine in menus. Once again the owner ask if i could come back in about and hour because she was not able to accommodate us. This time I had my daughter,a paying customer ,with me. Twice in a month!!!!. If you are treating us differently than paying customers I'm questioning why you're involved with the program. You are guaranteed your funds and we tip as paying customers. I don't care how greT your food is, I'm done . To add insult you tell the server to tell us when you're right in front of us. You said you had to put up a buffet for these people and had no prior knowledge of them coming. They're were atleast 15 or more people in that group. Who goes unannounced as a group expecting a buffet? No one!!! I'm sure your business won't suffer because of loosing 3 customers. But, your ability to be honest with us spoke volumes. I have recommended your place many times. Let's just say that's over. I'm done as well. For those of you that continue to go enjoy yourselves. I'll live on good memories of your good food. How we were treated was uncalled for and certainly was so very...

My husband and myself took my cousin and her husband here for Dinner not to long ago. It was a Friday at supper time. Don't order anything with sausage..its really hot and it burned my mouth. My cousin's husband had the Lasagna and my husband had all you can eat fish. Everyone's meal was good but mine. I would try them 1 more time and that's all. The Wedding soup had way too many greens and only 1 little meatball. The Moscato on ice was good. But they didn't have to make that. We tried to talk to the owner but she never got out of her seat .we tried to tell her that we used to go to her sister's place in Warren called.."Carmello's ".but she could have cared less. Good by to her too. We'll probably never go back. And I'll tell my friends not to go there either. So see. She should have got her azz up from the chair to talk to us, maybe we would have given her another chance. But that's how owner's ruin it for themselves. One day when she needs another $dollar..she's going to be sorry she didn't take the time to talk to us. Sorry example for someone who claims they're Italian. I'm Italian and I have a...

We ordered from Marino’s Sunday night. The first time we have ever ordered from here. I ordered gnocchi with blush sauce. Hubby got steak (chewy and stringy for a ribeye). In my gnocchi was a piece of styrofoam (styrofoam peanut packing is what it looked like). I called to let them know and the gentleman initially told me on the phone there was no way that was possible because it “comes from a package and goes right into the water”. He gives me his cell phone to send the picture in. And he tells me “it’s impossible”, we don’t have styrofoam in our store except our drinks. Mind you I was eating my side salad from their styrofoam take out container. He also told me “glad you got a refund and that grub hub was able to help”. Essentially calling me a liar and couldn’t believe there was a piece of styrofoam in my food from HIS restaurant. We will NEVER go back or order again from here. God forbid a restaurant took ownership of something instead of thinking a customer is trying to get a “freebie”...

Ordered food over the phone Feb 15 2023. I ordered pasta and meatballs along with salad $40.00. I was charged $70,00 and did not receive meatballs. I called the next morning and was told that I must of misunderstood them. I went to their website to verify the price. The price on the website was also less than what I was charged last night. When I requested an explanation, I was told they needed to update the pricing and that they could do nothing for me. The question I have does this look like $70 dollars worth of food 30 dollars of pasta and 40 dollars of salad? I won’t be back how about you? After two discussions, It took this post for their manager to call and offer 6 meatballs. I appreciate that they offered something but it didn’t change my opinion of the situation.

A seemingly hidden gem for a taste of Italy! A mouth watering, extraordinary four course dinner for my significant other and I served by Angelina, including a few glasses of wine all came to us under $100. To start, we devoured the bruschetta, red peppers and mozzarella, and I enjoyed a bowl of wedding soup. Each entree was prior greeted with a side salad and highly recommended, rich house balsamic dressing. I enjoyed the Tour of Italy as she did the Pasta Bella. We ended our meal with a delightful Tiramisu, which was gone before our cameras came back out oops. It was noted on our way out a weekly lunch buffet is offered from 11-2:30 and I will definitely be making another visit in the near future for this. This is a must experience Italian cuisine!

In an area filled with good Italian restaurants, you can do a lot better than this place. The first thing you will notice on entering is the sad, withdrawn interior decor, its blandness fitting for what comes next. I decided to play it safe and go with some ravioli. I will give the chef credit where it's due, the wedding soup that came out first was somehow completely devoid of any flavor besides water and oil. Next came the entree, and I was not prepared for this. The picture really does not do justice to just how sad this thing was. I have had dollar store sauces with better flavor, and I am almost certain that the raviolis themselves were not made in the restaurant. Avoid this one.
