Wendy's — Restaurant in Ohio

Do not GO TO Wendy's IN CALCUTTA OHIO... Went into the store and stood at the counter for nearly 3 minutes until the staff was done playing on their phone and come over and finally took our order. When we got our order and went over to the fountain pop center notice how nasty and disgusting it was as a Wendy's employee was just leaving and seen how dirty it was nothing was done to clean it up as well as garbage and trash smeared all over the garbage can and garbage all over the floor and tables. Nobody there except for one other person in the restaurant so there was no reason for the slop everywhere in Wendy's and when we got our food I got the wrong sandwich it was supposed to have been spicy chicken they gave me a regular chicken and it's been there since early in the morning because it was very dry very tough and nasty my fries were cold and the salad had black on the lettuce so practically we just threw our food out and left not worth saying anything to the staff because they seem the slot that they were giving so we will not visit this...

I stopped in for a bite on my way home from Pittsburgh. I ordered the BBQ chicken combo and a large chili. The food was good. The problem was the bathroom. It did not have a partition for the bowl which then necessitated locking the door. Unfortunately this caused a couple other patrons to be unable to use the bathroom while I was occupying it. I presume the lack of a partition was because they did not have space to make it handicap accessible so they just removed the partition. The other problems with the bathroom were that the bowl had a small leak and had water on the floor under and behind the bowl. Small but unsightly. Last complaint about the bathroom was that the floor was slippery. I understand that a fast food restaurant has a lot of oil and grease and it gets everywhere, but the bathroom needs to be kept clean and dry so that customers don't...

I just want to compliment the entire staff including the manager. Just a great experience every time i come up to this town. This year hands down the most professional and polite fast food workers i ever encountered. On 7/7 there were 2 male employees working the drive thru windows around 8pm. Both extremely nice. 7/8 2 females working both so polite i ask to speak to the manager. Another winning employee for your establishment. The food has been perfect which tells me the kitchen help is just as good. Great attitudes and winning personalities. Thank you it is nice to see a place this good as i travel all over the country for work. This has got to be the best staff i have ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Thank you again.
