UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!! UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AFTER EATING AT SEVERAL OTHER "SUPER BUFFETS" IN TOWN, I'M CONVINCED THAT CHEN'S HAS THE BEST FOOD AND SERVICE!!!! I'd give it 10 STARS, if I could!!!

BEST CHINESE BUFFET IN THE CITY!!!!!!!!! Great service staff and they keep the Buffet fresh and refill every few minutes!!

I don't understand all the whiners who ate at this Restaurant and complained???? We have eaten here 50-70 times and have never had a problem!! Food is ALWAYS hot and fresh and is restocked continually during the day.

I have never had any food problems and I'm convinced that the negative reviews are from competing Chinese Restaurants!!!!!!!!! They make this delicious, spicy chicken and shrimp dish that has tons of flavor and multiple seasonings! YUMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!! Curry-pan fried rice noodles are the best I've had since I left Dallas!!!!

Great egg rolls, Yummy Shrimp, and some of the BEST HOT N SOUR SOUP IN THE WORLD!!

Just left there. Told the owner , food was not fresh. I sent most of my food back for the trash. This place has gone down hill. Don't think they care . This is not the first time that it was bad. Some food was completely out , Mongolian Beef , was only the onions . Thought I would give it another chance ... No more.......

Jan 28th, 2018 Went back AGAIN ,.. Thought I would try Again. It was awful , and no one waited on me. I got up and went over to get me some water. Buffet was not filled. Several containers empty or old food . Then they brought out the food, it tasted like they use the same oil for all food , with a bad after taste. It was awful . I won't be going back ,. I told a friend that if i say , I want to go .. REMIND me. how bad it has been ,, Told the manager the girl that was suppose to wait on me , did not. They girl was up there at the counter , making excuses for not waiting on me . I kept telling the manager , she is not good. She is not good. Lazy... If there was a 0 rating here. Me and my mom went to go get breakfast, but everywhere was closed since it was new years. We see Chen's and decide to see if it opens, and the manager or owner comes and unlocks it as we're going up there, pretty cool. He was very kind, and got us our drinks very quickly. I got some faux crab, crab rangoon, a mushroom soup, and some other things I can't remember. The food was great, the only thing I didn't finish was the soup because I didn't pay attention when it said spicy and I have a new lip piercing, plus I was full. I basically chug drinks, so mine was gone very quickly, but the waiter was also very quick to refill drinks, as well as being kind. I'm not sure the price, as my mom paid for it, but it was definitely under $25 per person, probably under $20, because not a word was said about the price. It is one of the best priced buffets we've been to, because some that were worse charged more, and all around was great.
