Review: The sugar, snickerdoodle, honeybun, and blueberry or blackberry something cookie, are all to die for. They are a bit pricy but man they are the best cookies I have every experienced. (I am sure the chocolate varieties are really good as well but sadly I don’t like milk/dark chocolate one bit, no matter how perfectly it is made.) would be 5 stars if not for the steep prices but quality/ taste wise 5/5.
Warning: They can become addictive after trying them.
Pro Tip: use the app and you can basically get $10 worth of cookies for free just for following all of their accounts on the various social medias. I was happy to get a 4 pack for like 4-5 bucks with the free “crumbs” which is the name of the crumbl cookie points you get in the app, just from following their accounts. (You also get points for buying cookies with the app but they build up fairly slow unless you follow their social medias.)
Crumbl Owners/ managers: please make the point system a little more friendly; it would be a fantastic way to reward frequent customers that help keep you in business. It would also be pretty cool/nice if you did a frequent buyer deal or punch card system where the customers can get a free cookie after every 10 or so many cookies bought, which is another easy way to increase sales and visits.
Just some ideas and suggestions from a customer that frequently makes purchases with you guys.
PS: The prices are also a little steep but I understand you have to stay in business somehow. I would buy from you all a-lot more often if they weren’t $4 a cookie; maybe $2 or $3 would be a bit more fair, or even $3.50 for one. $6.50 for 2, 12$ or $11 or $10 for a 4 pack would be more fair, increase quantity of sales, and probably still profitable by a large margin, or at the very least, a better discount when you buy more multiple cookies. That way customers are actually encouraged to buy more to get a better “deal.” Just some suggestions!...
Read moreThis location was great when it first opened, but it has been going down hill lately. I switched to doing curbside pickup because the staff is rude, now everytime I do curbside pickup the app ask for your car make model and color. But EVERY time I get a phone call asking what car I'm in because they "don't know", maybe fix your app? Also EVERY time I order cookies they are always marked as complete/delivered before I ever recieve them. I have to generally go inside to get my cookies, which I shouldn't have to do that's why I order curbside pickup. On Wednesday when I ordered they marked it as complete and never brought it to me. I walked in and told someone and saw they were making other customers orders ON TOP OF MY ORDER. When they gave me my cookies they said "we didn't know what car you were in", I didn't get a sorry or anything. This is extremely unprofessional, also why have the car thing on the app if they can't see it; and why didn't someone call me like usual. Even if things are or are not busy this location has many issues. Like on valentines day with the mini dozen it took me 8 HOURS to get my mini dozen, I ordered them when they opened at 8 am. This was because no one made them earlier, or came in early to make them. I came back several times and kept being told come back later. I was over it by the time I got them.
Along with that the cookies generally have problems as well. On the ad video for the week all the cookies look so nice and moist, not dry at all. Most of the cookies I get here have a shortbread consistency and are very crumbly (no pun intended). But overall this location needs work and needs better staff that don't have bad attitudes. Also, I have noticed the owner only tends to respond to positive comments from what I've seen, maybe if he responded to some negative ones he could fix what's wrong...
Read moreUPDATE 2: it has now been days and I have yet to be contacted by store management or the owner. Update: app and website sort of work most of the time. However, we have continued to have extensive customer service and order fulfillment issues with this location, which seems to be in dire need of corporate oversight. I have had repeated ordering issues form this store. On previous occasions, orders never showed up, or parts of orders were not delivered. I attempted to contact support but was told all issues had to go through the local store, who rarely if ever responds and I cannot seem to get anyone with more authority than a Shift Lead (who consistently tell me they cannot resolve my issues and/or lie to me) on the phone. Today, I ordered through the website this morning for delivery. Not only did it not process the order (I received no receipt nor delivery), it did not subtract my crumbl cash from the order and it charged me twice for the order per pending charges on my bank account. I called the store, was first told by a shift lead that they couldn't do anything and that a manager would be in and contact me in an hour. An hour went by and I received no contact. Then I was told by the shift lead that management was very busy and would call me when they had time. Then I was told management was not on the clock until 4p.m. so the shift lead working from 10 a.m. to noon at the okc store lied to me twice. I still have over $40 of pending charges on my account, no product, and no contact from management. Don't bother contacting the customer support email they sometimes refer people to in responses on here, the support email people just say all issues have to be dealt with by the local store. After 6 hours, I have yet to be contacted by anyone in management...
