I love Freddyâs food and so do my kids but for the price it is a treat and not a regular stop. The main complaint I have is the drive thru takes forever. And if there are cars ahead of you then plan to be waiting AWHILE. But I know all this and still go because the food is good so itâs worth it. Now if they forget to give you one of your food items that you ordered and paid for and you have to go through the drive thru again, youâre screwed. By the time you get home with everything the food is cold and the ice cream is melted. This happened to me tonight. The thing that would have made it a little better would have been if ONE person apologized! Maybe it was an off night but the drive thru lady didnât say one word to me the first time I came through and still didnât say a word to me the second time when I had to go through again. When she handed me the missing items I looked at her waiting and she just stared at me. I said, âYou didnât say one word to me the first time I came through and you are still not going to say one word to me the second time when you made a mistake?!â She then said sorry and thank you. I may be up there with no makeup and in my pjs but I just spent $35 at your establishment and now have to take cold food and melted ice cream home to my family.    Read moreIâll start from the top. I get to the drive-thru and they swipe my card. They tell me theyâre out of jalapeĂąo fry sauce (the reason people buy food here) and I say okay, no problem. I ask for fry seasoning. Two minutes later while Iâm waiting for the food the guy asks if chocolate for our pumpkin concrete would work because âtheyâre getting low on vanillaâ I say no not really (but Iâm thinking they already charged me for it) and ask for an alternative. The manager comes and talks up the chocolate pumpkin pie as if itâs something a normal human actually would eat, then offers to give us full slices of pie with whipped cream on it as if we arenât 500 ft from a Walmart I couldâve got a whole pie from for half the cost. I ask how long until vanilla and she walks off and magically made it happen. I get the food and go home. No fry seasoning.    Read moreMan this place went from bad to really good when the last GM started working there and cleaned it up and made it a nice comfortable place to take ur family for a meal however since that GM left a few months its back to bad service and not the kind of place I wanna go with family or alone. Cldnt even tell her was a GM he was working with his employees just as hard as they were and was very welcoming and you cld just tell it was a good atmosphere and they all made a great team I even visited the Freddy's in Yukon and he was working there before he came and got this store cleaned up I was very disappointed a long with other customers to hear he was no longer working at Freddy's .
