To be clear, I love deluth. I love the employees attitudes, and love that they stand behind their products. My family has purchased items from deluths all over the region and have been to the OKC location before with good service over the past year or so. (My favorite is in Rogers Ar) But something has change here in okc. I totally get having to change a previously generous return policy. I totally understand that people take advantage and companies ultimately need to make a profit. BUT! That does not mean that employees can treat anyone disrespectfully or as rude as this location treated my father today. You don’t get to judge me for returning a product that didn’t hold up to a standard that your company has set. That’s the whole reason I buy here, for the standard. you don’t want to help me or deal with me? Ok. that’s fine, I can go to another place. But don’t treat my father bad. And it wasn’t just 1 employee, it was every one that we encountered. And over the entire course of our shopping trip tonight. Won’t be coming back, and may have to rethink my view of Deluth in general....
Read moreFriday, 2/14/25, I shopped at the Duluth location in Oklahoma City. I was excited to see there was a good clearance sale going on. I picked up two pairs of overalls and a pair of Keen boots. Everything had a listed price and there was to be, according to the signs, an additional 50% off of clearance items. The shoes rang up to just over $130. A manager or more knowledgeable associate came to assist the man checking me out. There were three pairs of varying sizes of the shoe but all were labeled with a $47.99 tag. The woman said they were mismarked and she could sell them to me at the $47.99 price. This was not my fault as the customer and I feel that it should have been handled differently. No one was rude or out of order. I just want to make the point that I should have been sold the shoes at the rate posted on the shoe and the sign right on the display. I still purchased my overalls and I'm still convincing myself not to return them as result of how the transaction ended. Hopefully this will not happen to other patrons...
Read moreMy last visit has ruined my business with Duluth Trading, especially this store. This is not a problem with the quality of Duluth Trading products.
I was followed like a criminal. The security person was creeping around in me like someone that would have a real problem with a young woman's observant and protective father. I don't shoplift and was not worried about being caught not doing anything legally wrong. My possible violations: wearing a manufactured N95 mask, knowing exactly where my wanted product was and going directly to it, legally carrying a firearm that was holstered, concealed and never touched, and using my own, yet obvious reusable shopping bag (I have grown to abhor plastic bags). As soon as I put the socks I picked out to purchase, I was told to not do that without the 'that' being defined. I dumped the socks on the floor and held my two reusable bags upside down as I matched myself myself out.
Thank you for helping me to...
