Made an online order and made the mistake of not checking it when i picked it up because it was missing a cake! I called and the girl i spoke to was the same girl who I picked my order up from didn't really care! Worst customer service ever! I understand mistakes happen but atleast care! This girl didnt care at all and i was told i could uber or grub hub my cake to my house and pay the fee! Normally it would not of mattered i would of just picked it up the next day but i needed it for work or someone would not had one! Or i would not been so upset if i was met with total attitude! I will be going to another location even if it means driving 10 miles...
