Don’t forget to bring cash and Try this place if you craving for Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwiches). Normally I’d go to Lee’s sandwich down the street to get my cravings fix but this time I decided to try this place for the first time cz it’s local business and why not. Do not judge the book by its cover! Right until I walk in the store I was still hesitated and wasn’t sure if I made the right decision. When I got my food I just jump in my car and try it, I’m telling you. This place’s sandwich is much better than the one’s at Lee’s. The bread is much softer and fresher compare to Lee’s where their sandwich can almost break my braces even though they still taste good. The only downside will be they have less options to choose from the menu. But for $4 a sandwich, they don’t skim on the amount of meat they gave you. I got the #4 the grilled pork sandwich and a Thai tea for $2. I hope they’ll still be around the next time I came by.

I really love Bahn Mi from having lived in SE Asia, but haven’t found an authentic tasting place in OKC. (Lee’s doesn’t cut it) I heard great things about Quoc Bao and I really wanted to like the food and to support this tiny, no frills, take away sandwich shop and bakery. I got the buy 3 get 1 free sandwiches, 5 egg rolls for $3 and $3 sausage rolls. The bbq pork and chicken sandwich had a funky smell/taste and were barely edible. The tofu was an even bigger less completely mushed up and was not edible. The egg rolls were kind of stale and not really good. The sausage roll was the best thing about the meal, but even that was not great. The bread was chewy and at the same time a little stale. I had just eaten an excellent sausage roll from another place the day before which made this one even more disappointing. I 100% will not be coming back.

I am so thankful to have finally met Mr. Bao from Quoc Bao Bakery❗ For those of you that don't know, he helps the Oklahoma City community with coats, food and/or company, during the holidays. We wanted to visit today, to meet him and support the business. I AM SO GLAD WE DID! Usually, I can't stand egg rolls... I'm not a fan of cabbage. These are something special, SO TASTY! When we were leaving, Crys asked for soy sauce... He smiled and told her she wouldn't need it. He was 100% correct! They are FRIGGIN AMAZING! Best part is, they are only $3 for 5! WIN! We also got sandwiches, but haven't tried them yet. ($5 ea) If you are near NW 23rd and Classen, I HIGHly recommend you visit! You WILL NOT be disappointed!

So me and my friend got 1 chocolate donut and 5 egg rolls

The donut is not painfully sweet and just the right amount of glaze and chocolate flavor it was honestly so good

So we drove around to get a coffee nearby and we were eating the egg rolls

while we were driving home, my friend looks at me and is like... "we can get more egg rolls... it's right there"

And I'm like "YEAH WE CAN"

So we go back and he gets ONLY 5 more because some person bought LIKE ALL OF THEM? LIKE 100 OF THEM. ??? there was a ton when we left about 40 minutes ago so somebody surely took them all!!

Anyways dont be us and buy as many egg rolls as your heart wants because some clown is going to buy every single one and you'll be sad and want more!!!

5 for $3 is literally a great deal especially for how...
