Starbucks — Restaurant in Oklahoma City

I had never been to Starbucks before. I don't usually eat or drink sugar, and I always hear people arguing over not knowing exactly what and how to order. I was on a date with my husband and wanted to try. I didn't know what to order and I was worried the lady at the counter would be mean about it. She was SO nice and helped me choose what to get. When I was waiting at the end of the counter to wait for our drinks, a woman who had been in line behind me approached me. She said that she had overheard me say that I hadn't been there before and that I just HAD to try their [some kind of strawberry cheese danish type thing, I don't recall the name of it]. She had bought me one, gave me the bag, and told me to wait until I got to where I was going and warm it up for 15 seconds in the microwave. I'm so used to unfriendly people in big cities, I literally started crying at her. She wouldn't let me pay her...

The 5200 N May location has the kindest staff that go out of their way for a one of a kind customer experience.

I was sitting in the lobby with my mom after a serious Christmas shopping spree when a customer mistakenly ordered the wrong drink. She politely asked for the hot drink to be poured over ice but instead the barista crafted a brand new drink. The customer continued to state that it wasn’t necessary but the barista kept saying, “Absolutely no bother at all. Pouring over ice just won’t taste right.”

I was so impressed because this element has been lost from customer service for such a long time.

Completely horrible. Brandon is not attentive and is very rude. First off, the lady in front of me ordered a venti and got a small and he didn’t even offer to fix it and kinda just walked away. Then I asked if he could cut my wrap in half and he said they didn’t have knives. I go to Starbucks every morning and get the same thing and they cut it every time.
