Wow!! If you are looking for a breath of fresh oak, roasted air to change the course of your morning routine look no further than summer moons Mayfair location. I was a diehard Starbucks addict, my husband, and I would sometimes frequent the Starbucks near our house multiple times a day, but we’re dissatisfied with the continual lack of care when it came to not only the customer service, but our drink orders as well. when we started looking for alternatives this Summer Moon location had just opened and we very quickly Jumped to give them a chance. It has now been several months of patronage, and I can say with 100% guarantee that I have never once had a poor experience with this coffee shop! Not only is customer service always top-notch, I’ve never once had any issues with an order , and Todd and his staff are more than happy to go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. I did not have my card on me today to order something that was not available on their app in the store and they allowed me to order something equivalent on the app so that I did not have to go back home with a small baby and return to them later. it’s small things like that that go along way and guarantee that my family will be returning customers as long as this Summer Moon location is in business please go check them out and see the difference. My wife and I come here atleast 3 to 4 times a week, some time more, and we absolutely LOVE Summer Moon, but my last couple visits have not been very good especially my most recent. I get the frozen hot chocolate and always add Java chips (it's amazing!) The last time we came they gave us someone else's drink and so I went in and got my correct drink only to find out there wasn't Java chips so I politely asked if they wouldn't mind putting Java chips in it and I was told they don't make it that way, I get this drink every time I come here so I know they do, I explained this to them that I get this drink every time. I was literally ignored for a couple minutes and then told that they did make it correct which made her contradict her first statement that they "don't make it that way". After being frustrated and not getting through to anybody I just left this was the only time a drink from Summer moon has ever been wasted from me. All I can say is holy mother this place is delicious. If you’re thinking about visiting JUST DO IT. The staff are so helpful and patient. I had no idea what anything was and Stephanie went above and beyond to help me out. She really made the whole experience great. Came for the coffee and stayed for the coffee but also the incredible customer service, best salsa ever, and super cute atmosphere. I got a vanilla moon glacier with an extra shot of espresso. It tasted like a caramel frappe of my dreams. The coffee is so incredibly smooth and has so much depth of flavor. If I was a time traveler I would bottle this and sell it as an elixir of life. I also got a brisket burrito with salsa. While I wasn’t a huge fan of the brisket that’s my own fault. I don’t really like brisket that much to begin with and should have went with the bacon. However add the salsa to it and it was mind blowing even for someone who isn’t a huge fan of brisket. The flavors work together so well and the salsa is chefs kisses.
