Tiger sugar is the gold standard in Boba. In the US there have been a lot of small independent shops that have popped up but none of them have the same consistent quality that Tiger Sugar reliably delivers. When my wife and I heard they were opening a location in Oklahoma we were ecstatic. Cooking Boba ain't easy. Our at home attemps proved that really quickly. The pearl consistency and quality is a testament to their cooking method. It's also what puts them far ahead of your hole in the wall Boba place.
