everbowl — Restaurant in Olathe

I've been a very frequent visitor over the past year because I like the product. I used to always get fantastic service and my bowls were always made very consistently. But since there have been a lot of new faces added, the consistency of the quality has wavered. The last bowl I got was one giant spoonful of granola after another as the amount of base was not as much as it should have been.. I had a mere six blueberries on top. I told them no lid and they put a lid on it anyways. Also, if you ask about the nutrition information they have nothing in the store to give you, they will not talk about it, and they only direct you to the website which is not very transparent either. It doesn't list the nutrition information for any of their signature bowls. The app doesn't allow one to leave a note for your order. I would call if I had any specific instructions like layer the base flavors on top of each other instead of side by side. For the past couple of months, their phone hasn't worked so if I order on the app to save time, I can't call to ask them to change anything. On the positive side, I love that their fruit is organic. That's huge for me as a former cancer patient. And it's nice to have a loyalty reward so you can earn a free bowl. Overall I love the bowls and I think they taste much better than another...

We stopped in today for the first time and it was amazing! We love finding a great açaí bowl and this place is above and beyond that. The staff was so helpful in explaining all of the bases/toppings and they let us sample them as well. We needed a table for 4 and there were only tables of two left but a staff member went out of her way and put two tables together without us even having to ask if we could! Amazing customer service!! The selection of bases is great! The variety of toppings (including kiwi and cinnamon apples) sets them apart from others places as well. Love that they have a variety of sizes, especially the kid size so my daughter could enjoy one too without wasting a bunch. I love everbowl so much! They just opened recently and I have already been three times. I love açai and their açai base is amazing. They also have a vanilla and a chocolate base which taste pretty much like ice cream - delicious! I got the everbowl which comes with and earthy açai base, a thick layer of crunchy granola, and topped with sliced bananas, juicy blueberries, and sweet strawberries. It is amazing! I don’t even feel like I need to try anything else because it is so amazing! The staff is very friendly and greets you when you walk in the door. They let you try different bases to see which one you like best and then they prepare the food. The restaurant was clean and the food tasted fresh.
