I never write reviews, but my experience warranted one. I was coming back from a KU football game and stopped by the drive thru which I do a fair amount here . Upon getting home after being gone all day getting I noticed the ordered was and called up and told them I ordered a double cheeseburger and I had something with jalapeños on it and pepper jack cheese and Jalapeños on it. The young man on the phone questioned if I was lying after telling him after being gone all day I didn’t want to come back up. After that I drove up and showed him it was completely different than what I ordered and he apologized and I asked for a refund but he stared blank at me before he finally refunded my money after I had to repeat myself. I left my number for a manager to call me because I realized it was a little late and the crew was younger. I never received a call waited 3 days , which only added to the terrible experience! I ordered and gave the girl working the meal card, the vibe immediately changed and the girl didn't say a word after that. A man (manager maybe?) handed me the food, the sandwich was literally thrown together in the box, which was fine, didn't effect the deliciousness. After the man handed me the food and slammed the window I realized I was never given my drink. I sat and waited for a few minutes, nothing. I knocked on the window, still... nothing. So, I honked. The girl comes back and gives me a drink with ice. No biggy, I told her I asked for no ice when I ordered and she remade the drink after a couple more minutes. Both employees I had the displeasure of dealing with severely lack customer service. If you're okay with rudeness and yummy food, this is an ok option for you. But for me, , I will just take my Freddy's business to the Lenexa location...
Read morePlease tell your employees on the headset to actually listen to what I'm ordering rather than try to get me through the drive-thru. The past few times I have gone, the attendant either tried to finish my sentence for me or asked questions I had JUST answered, ex: "I'd like a large pepsi" "okay, what would you like to drink with that?" or "I'd like a regular vanilla sundae with strawberries" "what size? concrete or sundae? vanilla or chocolate?" Of course, half my order was wrong because no one actually listened. By that time I was already home and didn't want to deal with customer service. They were not that busy in the slightest, but I've been to other locations where they are packed and the line is wrapping around the parking lot but they still patiently took my order.
