The drive through (9:45 pm Tuesday night) was REALLY slow. The kid taking orders and money was . . .at least not in a good mood. He handed someone change and money (maybe a dollar bill) flew away ing the wind. Typically they will hand the customer a replacement and the customer seemed to be waiting for that. Not even a motion that way. Whe I got there, I had coins and bills in change. So, I should have expected him to put the coins on the top of the bills, that were about 2 feet above my head. Couldn't detect the coins, took the bills and then put my hand out for the coins. He looked at me and said ". . .what. . ?" I said id like my coins too. He said ". . .you dropped them. . ." I said perhaps so, if you hadnt out them on top of the bills, where I couldnt see them. . .well you get the idea. I siad th can come and get them later and I'd like them now please.

He was not happy. Not happy generally...

Everyone is going to post “it’s a McDonald’s” but I want to add a little more. So I started going to McDonald’s because I learned they have a slightly lower sodium amount in their food and this location because of its proximity to my work. Part of my New Years resolution was to lower then eliminate my usage of disposable straws. I do eat here everyday, Monday through Friday but these people are amazing. One woman has my order memorized. I start saying “hi yes I would like 2 sausage McMuffins” and she already has the rest of my order up on the screen. Additionally, two woman know I am cutting down on my plastic and no longer offer me a straw. One of them even said “that’s cool what you are doing”. I love this location and will remain a loyal customer for however long I am at this job. Other McDonalds should take note because this location has their customer service and friendliness down pat and takes it to...
