Dear Upper Management,

I am writing to bring to your attention a matter of concern regarding the treatment of employees at Spin Pizza, specifically relating to the conduct of management personnel.

Recently, an incident occurred where an employee reached out to Manager “Michael Arria” known as Mike seeking temporary leave due to urgent family matters. The response provided by the manager was, unfortunately, lacking in both professionalism and empathy. The employee was advised to make "better decisions" despite the personal nature of the situation and was threatened with removal from the work schedule should they fail to report for duty.

It is my understanding that a supportive and understanding work environment is critical not only for employee well-being but also for the overall productivity and reputation of the business. I believe that the manner in which this situation was handled does not align with the values and employee care that Spin Pizza is known for.

I urge the company to consider reevaluating the training provided to managerial staff to ensure that all employees are treated with the respect and understanding they deserve, particularly during times of personal difficulty. It has also come to my attention that there may be inconsistencies in how similar situations are handled among different employees, which could lead to a perception of unfair treatment.

I am hopeful that by bringing this to your attention, steps can be taken to improve the work environment for all employees and to uphold the company's commitment to fair and respectful management practices.

Thank you for taking the time to consider this matter. I am available to discuss this further should you require any additional...

Nefarious plan has worked, I'm hooked! Love me some Spin Pizza! I drove past Spin Pizza too many times to count then one day wifey and I won a gift card to (you guessed it) Spin Pizza. I had no idea I was in for some of the best pizza I ever had. I had never been to a pizzeria where you had a choice of crust (regular, whole wheat & gluten free). Now I'm hooked on the Shrimp Scampi pizza with gluten-free crust (rice flour). I bid my adieu to lesser pizza (sorry all the rest of you) but I've only found one equal and none better. There's so many pizza's, calzone's, soups, panini's and so much more to try but I just can't quit the Shrimp Scampi. I know, right? Did I mention the outstanding salads and the gelato selection? Best I've had since Italy. I'd like to take home a gallon of the strawberry.... IMHO besides the great food what makes Spin Pizza so over the top is the staff. They are friendly, attentive (but no too much) and just make the entire experience so much better. Oh, before I go, there's a Spin Club (yes, now I'm a card carrying member) and the only reason I mention it is the free personal size mia on my birthday (I love free stuff) and the free gelato...

DO NOT EAT HERE! In this day and age of competition and everyone picking and choosing wisely where they shop/eat, one bad review can sink the ship. Well here's another for Spin! Pizza. Absolutely terrible service and behavior from not only the wait staff but also the manager on 9/25 around 12:30 PM CST. My wife ordered her pizza without marinara sauce. They put marinara sauce all over the top of her pizza. Our waiter took it back. The Manager came out and told us it wasn’t marinara. Umm....we know what marinara sauce looks like. We just rolled with it, even though my wife ordered it a different way. She just scooped it all off. After that no one would wait on us. Drinks were empty the rest of the time we were there. We couldn’t even get someone to look our way. We finished eating. We waited for 20 mins. Our waiter finally came back and asked if we wanted a box. Yeah, a box for the wrong pizza. No offer to take the pizza off our bill. No apologies. Just blacklisted and treated like we were in the wrong. Don't waste your time. Spend your hard-earned money...

My first time here and it was ok. There were 4 of us for lunch and the place was somewhat busy. I got the small 3 meat pizza with extra cheese and a Ceasars salad. The pizza had very little sauce which made it dry and the extra cheese didn't exist. I asked the guy that brought the pizza to the table if it had extra cheese and he said "I guess so." As you can see in the picture below it had very little cheese at all. The crust and toppings were really good. As for the Ceasars salad, it tasted like it had been sitting out for awhile. It was warm and nit crisp. My wife got the cauliflower crust mushroom pizza and she really liked it. My mother-in-law and son both enjoyed their pizzas aswell. There were plenty of people employed today but there were 2 that I saw that were really working hard. They were delivering food to tables and bussing tables. Other employees would walk by dirty tables without taking care of them. I will probably try this place again.

Really enjoyed the Detroit Style pizza. I got the Meat Combo with a Caesar salad side. Pizza was great, salad a little sad, lettuce was a bit wilted and seemed like the dressing had been sitting on it for a while. We also got a large Greek Salad, which was pretty good although not amazing. I ordered with roasted chicken and there was less than 2 ounces of chicken cubes. I thought the price point for the Mini Mia and the Greek Salad were both a little high at $14.30. Had this been $2 less, I would go back without batting an eye. You added at the counter and then food is brought to your table. No one came back after serving us food and we could have used drink refills. It's been at least 20 years since I had been to this location. It's a nice space and live they have a bar. My experience was ok, not sure I would keep Spin on my list of go to places.

More chairs and tables than people. I think a lot of people take their pizzas to go, but if everyone stayed to eat here they would be sitting shoulder to shoulder. The restaurant is open concept, so there isn't much privacy unless you can snag a booth. Most booths have their own backs, but the one I sat at was shared by other people in another booth. It would tilt forward or backward depending on which of us was trying to get comfortable in our seats, so I doubt either of us liked where we sat. The side salads were crisp and fresh, and came out at the same time as the pizzas. The double pepperoni and spinach and garlic pizzas have great flavor, but the double pepperoni was too oily for the dough to pick up and eat. I did have to get the attention of a waiter to ask for some boxes, and the pizzas made the best leftovers.
