I am visiting from out of town and always go to this store because of the staff. Today was not my day because I met Trinity, the shift manager. I have been a Starbucks loyalist for years because you can get what you want the way you want it but not today ( this was my 4th visit during my stay). I can’t have lactose so I have to bring my lactose free milk. All I wanted was 4 shots in a trenta cold cup. Trinity informed me that using this cup was against company policy and it had to go into a venti cup. I explained that this was my 4th visit to this store and if was never an issue at any Starbucks in the United States. First Trinity informed me that she had worked this last couple of days and this would have never happened, then the trenta cup doesn’t fit with the expresso machine, then she was the store manager-

This place was my preferred spot for late night coffee but over the course of many visits my cups were slowly being made with less and less coffee in them for the size I ordered. It's understanding on a busy day but my last order was a grande specialty latte and I'm not exaggerating when I say I got handed a half full cup. It was literally half full....they weren't busy....I paid $5 for a half fill cup. I willingly pay for expensive cups of coffee but I aint about getting jipped multiple times on what I paid for. Again I gave it many attempt because I understand it happens, especially when its busy but I shouldn't have to tell the barista how to do their job. Literally this location always forgets something or makes the drink incorrectly. I finally called today to let them know they left an item off my order that my husband picked up and the girl that answered the phone never expressed any apologies for it not being given to my husband. Asked to speak to a manager and got Kaitlyn who was even worse. Instead of continually saying "I can't help you", how about you offer a $5 gift card to pick up next time you visit. All I heard on repeat is, "it's a mobile order we cannot help". Even a simple, "I'm sorry that we forgot to give it to you" would have went a LONG way.
